About the Department:

• The Digital Client Experience team develops and enhances Franklin Templeton’s global digital presence, supporting more than 60 external-facing websites, client tools, and digital channels. The team brings together product, design, engineering, content, and marketing professionals who work collaboratively in agile delivery teams. Joining this team offers the opportunity to build digital experiences at global scale, influence modern web platforms, and contribute to innovative solutions that improve client engagement and business outcomes.

How You Will Add Value?

Core Responsibilities:

• You will build client experiences using reusable UI components.

• You will develop scalable web features and enhancements.

• You will create reusable templates and experience patterns.

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• Experience with modern web development practices.

• Experience using AI-powered development tools.

• Knowledge of CI, TDD, and automated testing practices.

• Experience with analytics and marketing technologies.

• Understanding of accessibility, performance, SEO, and security standards.

Technical Skills:

• Angular and React development.

• HTML5 and Web Components.

• NX Monorepo architecture.

• Java and Spring Boot development.

• Content Management Systems, including AEM, Bloomreach, and Jahia.

• API design and integration practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Soft Skills:

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
