About the team and position
Logistics is the art of problem-solving personified. As the General Manager for Logistics at Carvana, you will ensure that our promise of a revolutionary used car purchase process is realized. You will do this by becoming the subject matter expert in all facets of the logistics operations. You’ll be organizing, and optimizing the Vehicle Transport operations, ensuring the day to day activities are completed, and problem solving through complex obstacles to your business.

Women's Activewear - Sourcing Manager, Bangladesh
We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Manager to build and lead our Apparel, Women's activewear function. This person will be tasked with identifying and onboarding new vendor partners from scratch. THE ROLE
Insert Role Title
We are seeking a Sourcing Manager for denim bottom category to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in building a resilient, high-performing denim supply chain that enables rapid growth, strong margins, and best-in-class product quality.
Responsibilities
Supply Chain, Denim Sourcing Strategy & Partner Management
Develop and execute the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy with a strong focus on denim apparel categories, across woven, knit, and stretch fabrications. Implement a multi-sourcing approach to ensure supply resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Identify, onboard, and develop denim-focused manufacturing partners aligned with Quince’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) model. Coach partners to operate within a rapid replenishment, Manufacturer-to-Consumer (M2C) environment, emphasizing speed, flexibility, and quality.
Educate sourcing partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), including:
Operational Excellence: Driving short lead times, agile production, and consumer-first execution
Financial Model: Delivering margin-accretive performance and strong Return on Invested Capital (ROIC)
Technical Integration: Effective utilization of the Vendor Portal and digital workflows
Operational Excellence & Business Growth
Drive continuous improvement across key performance metrics, with particular focus on denim production quality and speed:
Quality: Maintain defect rate below 0.5%
Speed & Accuracy: Achieve replenishment lead times under 14 days

Partner closely with Merchandising and Product Development (PD) teams to lead denim catalog expansion, launching new washes, fits, styles, and fabric innovations through the New Product Creation (NPC) process.
Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with sourcing partners, focusing on strategic alignment, denim category performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement opportunities, and future growth plans.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience at the Director level or above in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management within the apparel industry, preferably supporting major US-based retailers or DTC brands, with strong exposure to denim categories.
Established global factory network across key apparel categories (with strong emphasis on denim, woven, knit, and sweater knit fabrications), spanning APAC, ISC, and EMEA regions.

Examples of our services:
Your day begins with review of a teammate’s GitLab merge request. It has already been reviewed by Claude, but you’ll think deeply about the business problem, alternative solutions, and future needs. Then you spend a few undisturbed hours “in the flow,” working on changes to the user management APIs to support a UX improvement that a designer suggested yesterday. Soon, all your new unit tests are green. With a few keystrokes, you create a merge request, spin up a dev instance, and deploy your change. After some quick smoke tests, you send a link to a frontend engineer who is collaborating with our team.
After lunch, you join your team for a quick standup via Zoom to discuss current work and the plan for the next few days. A teammate offers to review your new code. It has some complex behavior, so you walk through it together and make a few improvements.
The frontend engineer confirms over Slack that your API changes provide what they need. You merge it, which automatically retests and deploys to a staging environment. The Distribution Center Manager, Refrigerated will lead all cold chain warehousing, storage, and logistics operations at our newest manufacturing and distribution facility, Vital Crossroads, opening in Q1 2027. Position Overview
We are looking for a savvy Reporting and Analytics Manager to manage in-progress and upcoming data infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder using Python and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up. You will act as an architect for critical work-streams within a major CPG account, translating complex operational data into clear value drivers.
As a Lead Value Engineer, you are a "go-to" execution expert within our CPG go-to-market organization. You will move beyond standard process optimization to link Celonis capabilities to key outcomes specific to fast-moving consumer goods operations.
You will work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Teams and have full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers. You are our customers' trusted advisor, helping them achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
In collaboration with our partners and Celonis Services, you will drive measurable business impact across various processes and accelerate the adoption of our platform. You will blend deep process and industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set and strong analytical skills at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing tech companies worldwide.
