A little bit about the role -
The Hub Operations Director is accountable for the leadership, performance, and scalability of OLIVER's centralised production hub for the Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of Makers — Designers, Creatives, Data Analysts, and Project Managers — delivering premium assets across global markets to brand standards that leave no room for inconsistency.
Operating in close partnership with Delivery, Production, Finance, and People teams, you'll own capacity planning, resource management, workflow design, commercial/utilization discipline, and the systems that underpin hub performance day to day. This is a leverage and scale role: your job is to build a stable, high-performing production engine that senior leadership can rely on — one that delivers quality, manages risk, and protects margins as the hub grows and the portfolio evolves.

The Team
The product engineering team drives the realization of practical AI solutions for the contact centre environment. Our existing Studio product stack is built on PHP/Laravel, Python and Vue.js technology deployed in private and public clouds. We leverage the latest cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Google AI APIs, IBM Watson and Amazon Lex.

Our AI agents will offer self-service which delights and accomplishes tasks at super-human speeds, while also blending in live human agents for the many cases when a human touch is needed. Our AI agents will assist the live agents too and help supervisors and managers get the most out of their mix of human and AI labor.
The role of Senior Software Engineer is for the Studio Innovations team, which modernizes existing Studio product. This team keeps our production systems stable, secure, and performing at their best, handling everything from enhancement of the existing studio product to modernize it into Java microservices on the GCP cloud.
This position is based out of one of the offices of our affiliate Acqueon Technologies in India and will adopt the hybrid work arrangements of that location.
Role purpose
The role of a Senior Software Engineer in the R&D AI Automation Team is to design, develop, and maintain the software solution (Studio) with drag-drop flow builder and execution engine that integrates multiple channels like voice, SMS, and chatbot with the Five9 contact centre voice solution. This role would be a key developer role to modernize and re-architect the existing Studio product to use Java microservices on GCP. The Senior engineer's responsibilities include software design and development, testing and documentation across our backend, front-end and interaction management platforms to deliver end-to-end features, work with product owners and designers to expand the feature set and create high-quality user interfaces, take operational responsibility for the performance and quality of services owned by your team, potentially including taking part in an on-call rotation, deep dive into cutting edge technologies and work with the products team to transfer ideas into products.

This is a critical infrastructure role at the intersection of DNS, identity, and network security. You will design and build a high-performance DoH resolver in Go that extracts device and user identity from Chrome enterprise policy URL templates and integrates with Securly's DNS policy engine and Redis infrastructure. You own the full lifecycle: architecture, implementation, TLS configuration, and production deployment on AWS.
This role is the technical foundation of a potential simplification of Securly's SmartPAC identity architecture. Done well, it could collapse significant DNS-RPC signaling complexity (DID/cookie system, IP fusing, brokering state) that has been a source of reliability issues. The Senior Account Manager (SAM) oversees projects within a vertical account team to ensure quality and provide continuity and tactical alignment while also leading high-profile projects from the client through to the project manager and cross-functional team. The SAM will partner with the Account Director to assist brand partners with the development and management of the tactical plan. This role requires a strong awareness of the account’s strategic direction, as well as knowledge of clients’ products and processes. The success of this position relies on the success of the team, meeting clients’ expectations, partnering with Avant colleagues, and individual performance.

Ensure quality and consistency across multiple tactics that are led by both Avant and external partners
Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers as it relates to project execution
Act as the in-house client at all times by communicating client expectations to the crossfunctional team

Provide invoicing information and budget status updates to clients as requested
Provide direction and review job scope changes and closeouts as necessary

ABOUT THE POSITION, Playworks Indiana is seeking a Development Manager who reports directly to and works in close partnership with the Executive Director to execute the organization’s fund development strategy. The Executive Director sets strategic direction, priorities, and key relationships, and this role is responsible for driving execution, coordination, and follow-through across all development efforts.
This role oversees development operations, stewardship coordination, event execution, Salesforce management, and day-to-day relationship support, while managing defined fundraising goals tied to events, sponsorships, and partner renewals. The role also supports individual giving efforts as part of the broader fundraising mix, in alignment with regional priorities.
The Development Manager is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role focused on strong execution, follow-through, and coordination in support of organizational strategy, narrative, and relationships. While this role collaborates closely with the Playworks HQ Development team through shared planning and aligned initiatives, all regional work is directed by and accountable to the Executive Director.

Platform Science is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Core Product Development team in Chennai. This is a vital role for an engineer who is passionate about building robust automated test suites that ensure the reliability of our mission-critical IoT solutions. In this position, you will lead QA test automation efforts for Java, C#, and enterprise applications using the Selenium framework, directly impacting the speed and quality of our software delivery. You will report to the QA Manager and work daily, onsite at our Chennai office.
Strategy & Planning: Review functional and technical requirements to provide critical input on testing scope; prepare comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases that align with product goals.
Automation Execution: Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (Selenium, BDD) to perform smoke, functional, and regression testing across software products.
Integration & CI/CD: Collaborate with Development and Release Engineering teams to capture and reuse automated suites, ensuring seamless builds and deployments on QA, release, and production servers.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs in defect tracking tools with detailed descriptions and scenarios, while providing project test status, estimates, and metrics.
Process Optimization: Constantly interact with cross-functional teams to implement methods that result in faster, more efficient, and reliable QA cycles.
Required Experience
2-4 years of professional QA/Software Testing experience.
Solid understanding of QA processes and methodologies within the software development lifecycle.

Experience in using Agile development and testing methodologies.

Job Description:
The Manager / AM of Financial Reporting responsibilities will include, but not be limited to preparation of all SEC filings on Form 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K, proxy statement, Section 16 filings, XBRL compliance, and any other filings as deemed necessary. In addition, this position will be involved in reviewing, assessing, and documenting new accounting standards; writing technical accounting memos; assisting in implementation of new accounting standards, including providing requests to auditors as requested. This position will also assist with any accounting and financial reporting matters associated with future acquisitions or divestitures, including the necessary purchase accounting. The position will provide auditor assistance with quarterly reviews and annual audits.
