The Role 

We're looking for a customer-centric Senior AI Engineer to join our Team. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and delivering LLM-powered capabilities within client applications. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI-enabled solutions—from proof of concept through production—while contributing to the growth of AI engineering practices across E-gineering. 

What You'll Do 

AI Solution Engineering 

You'll design and implement LLM-powered features and systems within client applications. This includes building and optimizing RAG pipelines, designing and orchestrating agentic workflows, integrating tool use and external services via protocols such as MCP, and selecting the right models and architectures for the task. You should be comfortable working across the stack—connecting LLM capabilities to real application code, APIs, data stores, and user experiences. 

Evaluations and Quality 

Shipping AI features responsibly means knowing whether they actually work. You'll design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure LLM output quality, build regression and benchmark suites, and establish feedback loops that drive iteration. Client Delivery 

As a consultant, you'll be embedded on client teams to deliver AI-powered solutions. Data Readiness 

Production AI systems are only as good as the data behind them. This includes working with sensitive and regulated data, understanding data lineage and access controls, and making sound decisions about what data flows where—particularly when third-party model APIs are involved.

About The Position

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Software Test Lead to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Software Test Lead will have experience with healthcare messaging and will oversee quality assurance initiatives across our software products. As a Senior Technical Success Manager, Majors (Enterprise), you will:

• Own customer deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of 10-20 accounts, from presales through renewal
• Lead deployment planning and implementation across your book, e.g.: scoping, deployment plan creation, kickoff meetings, use case alignment, coordination of delivery (e.g. managing internal and partner teams), project reporting
• Track and manage risks and issues across active deployments, driving resolution before they impact timelines or outcomes
• Monitor portfolio health through AI-augmented signals, engaging proactively to accelerate adoption, drive renewals, and deepen stakeholder engagement
• Drive product adoption by running live working sessions, identifying new use cases to expand value over time, and showcasing new platform capabilities with a point of view on how they enable customer growth
• Develop and maintain success plans tied to customer goals, tracking milestones and risks from onboarding through renewal
• Build and deliver executive business reviews that connect Amplitude usage to measurable business impact, turning adoption into a renewal and expansion story

At a minimum, you need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS
• 2+ years of experience specifically leading enterprise software deployments where change management and foundational data governance were core priorities.
• 2+ years managing a portfolio of 10+ Majors / Enterprise accounts
• Experience co-owning renewals and contributing to expansion pipeline alongside a sales counterpart

• Experience training or enabling non-technical teams to become data-sufficient.
• Excellent communication skills to influence everyone from a data engineer to a C-level executive.
• Expert-level project management skills and the ability to thrive in an independent and fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience with digital analytics, product analytics, or adjacent data/experimentation platforms
