The Sr. Quality Systems Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the fairlife integrated management systems. Developing the ISO certification program and maintaining Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification program for all manufacturing sites as well as coordination of certification audits. The Project Manager – Supply Chain Transformation is a key leadership role responsible for driving major supply chain process improvement projects and driving new ways of working. • Responsible for Supply Chain Transformation projects, focused on IT, procurement, planning, logistics and other categories as assigned
• Lead, manage, and provide oversight to define project scope, develop and track project budgets, generate detailed project schedules with clear deliverables and timelines, identify, and assign task owners, and resource subject matter experts
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to deadlines and ensuring all established milestones are met
• Ensure project management methodology is rigorously followed and Project Management software is being kept up to date on all Supply Chain projects

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and operationally driven Training Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for our U.S. new energy manufacturing facility. You will serve as the central hub for workforce capability building—covering production operators, maintenance technicians, quality inspectors, engineers, and expatriate staff—ensuring all programs align with OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific safety standards, while supporting our rapid operational ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding, OJT (On-the-Job Training), and continuous upskilling programs for hourly and salaried employees across production, process engineering, quality, EHS, and warehouse logistics.
- Build role-based learning paths (e.g., Cell Assembly Technician → Senior Technician → Lead) with clear competency milestones and certification criteria.
- Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and coordinate virtual/hybrid sessions; facilitate both classroom and shop-floor practical instruction.
- Partner with EHS, Quality, and Engineering to create and maintain mandatory training modules on:
- OSHA 10/30, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), confined space, hot work, and PPE protocols.
- Battery-specific safety: electrolyte handling, thermal runaway awareness, high-voltage safety, and hazardous material (hazmat) procedures.

The Lean Supervisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and lean manufacturing initiatives across factory operations. Under the leadership of the Department Manager, this role leads OEE performance analysis, lean project execution, employee engagement initiatives, and standardization efforts to improve production efficiency, equipment utilization, and operational discipline.
Conduct statistical analysis of workshop OEE data and implement improvement measures to increase equipment efficiency and line performance.
Establish and lead lean improvement project teams to promote employee-driven, proposal-based improvements.
Organize and execute plant-wide lean improvement activities.
Lead on-site 5S initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Assist in developing and maintaining standard work and lean documentation.
Coordinate with workshop teams to collect, verify, and calculate OEE data.
Prepare capacity analysis reports and conduct production line capacity evaluations.
Improve equipment takt time, reduce equipment failure rates, and increase production capacity.
Drive improvements in equipment efficiency and production flow.
Train workshop employees on lean tools and methodologies to build continuous improvement culture.
Organize weekly and monthly lean project review meetings.
Track, report, and communicate improvement progress and results.
Support headquarters-led lean initiatives at the factory level.
Mobilize employee participation, conduct evaluations, and support recognition/reward programs.
Compile, revise, and maintain lean standard documents.
Supervise implementation and compliance of lean standards.
Own and lead factory-wide 5S programs and sustainability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Role Summary:
This role provides end-to-end operational leadership for scaling battery pack manufacturing from prototype through high-volume serial production, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. The position builds and leads a high-performing manufacturing organization, establishes robust KPIs, and drives a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives. Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, product development, finance, and EHS, the role ensures seamless process integration, cost reduction, and achievement of Annual Operating Plan objectives. The leader will also manage budgets, deploy advanced operational technologies, and collaborate with executive leadership to support long-term strategic growth.
