WHAT YOU BRING:

• Pre-sales experience is required
• 5 or more years of relevant experience, mixed among technology, design, and communications required. Experience supporting the sales of enterprise storage, networking, systems, cloud, or software to enterprise accounts preferred
• Deep understanding of the architecture, design and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
• Must have a familiarity with modern web architecture a plus (LAMP stack, scale-out vs scale-up architectures, AWS well-architected framework, microservices architecture)
• Prior experience in targeting new prospects and converting them into clients
• Contribute significant portions and/or lead responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs
• Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)

The Financial Applications Engineer designs, develops, and configures scalable solutions within core financial systems to support accounting, finance, and operational workflows. The Commissioning Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing commissioning activities across all phases of a project, from pre-functional testing through to system turnover. Working closely with clients, contractors, and engineering teams, this role ensures that systems are installed, tested, and handed over in full compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements. The QA/QC Field Engineer is an integral member of the on-site Quality team, providing essential support throughout the full lifecycle of the construction project. Working closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for managing day-to-day quality control activities on site, from preconstruction document review through to construction, commissioning, and punch list closure. The QA/QC Field Engineer is on the front line in identifying, preventing, and resolving technical issues across multiple scopes in a complex, mission-critical environment, collaborating directly with design professionals, clients, trade contractors, and craftspeople to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate inspectors, trade contractors, and associated personnel to support efficient quality control workflows across the project.
• Perform on-site inspections across assigned scopes throughout all phases of the project including construction, commissioning, and punch list.
• Attend and contribute to QA/QC meetings and Quality Team meetings, providing detailed updates on inspection findings and open issues.
• Ensure all trade contractors are operating in accordance with their approved QA/QC plans and installing work in compliance with project documents, applicable codes and standards, and best work practices.
• Perform on-site inspections of Owner Furnished Equipment as required.
• Interpret and verify installations for compliance with local authority permitting, applicable codes, and site-specific specifications.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to address complex coordination issues and bring all quality issues to closure.
• Provide clear and timely communication across all channels – verbal, written, and electronic – to keep all stakeholders informed of quality status and outstanding items.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a construction QA/QC role.
• Demonstrated experience conducting on-site inspections and managing quality control processes across construction phases.

The Process / Exhaust / Dry Mechanical Commissioning Engineer is responsible for building and planning the commissioning activities for process mechanical, exhaust, and dry utility systems on mission-critical and high-technology construction projects. This role works closely with construction, controls, quality, safety, and operations teams to ensure systems are installed, tested, and turned over in accordance with design intent, client standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Review design documents, specifications, P&IDs, isometrics, equipment submittals, and control narratives to build the commissioning database. 
• Lead and execute commissioning activities for process mechanical, exhaust, and dry utility systems for client handover pre-functional checks through system startup, functional testing, and turnover.
• Develop and review commissioning plans, procedures, checklists for:

• Participate in startup readiness reviews, cutover planning, and transition to operations.
• Enforce EHS, LOTO, and safe commissioning practices, particularly when working with hazardous exhaust systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Engineer will provide performance analysis and design expertise on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects during the early-stage development and design phases. You will partner with internal and external contacts to be a subject matter expert on technical specifications for PV and energy storage projects.  

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Evaluate equipment performance, specifications, and roadmap by working with our internal Procurement team and equipment suppliers to drive technology evolution.
• Create photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage production estimates using commercial software programs, like PVsyst, or in-house models.  
• Coordinate Independent Engineer (IE) due diligence including contract management, reviewing IE reports, IE energy assessments, and providing feedback as needed.  
• Provide Owner Engineering review for projects in all stages of design.
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge on new technologies and energy assessment techniques for both PV, and energy storage. 
• Provide technical review and input for key contracts and agreements including Interconnection, Equipment Procurement, Power Purchase, EPC, and O&M.
• Create conceptual system design and site layouts for PV and energy storage.
