DRW is looking for an Associate Product Manger to join its Commodities trading group to manage our tools used to support research, trading and operations across the North American power and gas landscape. You will help with product needs of multiple trading desks and tooling needs of associated support teams. You will work closely with software engineers, data engineers, trading analysts & support functions to execute both strategic plans and tactical needs. Your role will focus on improving existing tools and processes, reduce operational risks and manual workflows, propose and implement strategic solutions.
What You Will Do
· Understand front-office, support and operations workflows
o Spend time with traders, analysts, engineers, structuring, risk & control managers, and operations analysts to map current workflows, SLAs, key controls and failure models.
o Identify repetitive, high-effort and/or high-risk activities that can be automated or re-designed.
· Focus on converting time-consuming manual workflows used by trading, support and operations into reliable, monitored automation and streamlined processes.

What you bring to the team
· Experience as a product/project manager in a technical role, or trade analyst role, or technical business analyst role.
· Technical fluency and familiarity with common technology tools and solutions like Python, SQL databases, cloud computing, and REST APIs.
· Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and small sets of stakeholders.
· Experience with agile software development projects and fast-paced, iterative delivery.
· A passion for planning, organization and skills using technical documentation and planning tools.

All mthree Alumni are eligible to receive two Executive Education certificates from Columbia Engineering as part of their Academy and industry placement experience at no cost. What you’ll do:
As an Engineer/Analyst with mthree, you’ll play a vital role in enterprise technology, from algorithmic trading engines to regulatory reporting. Think of it as healthcare for technology.
As an Engineer/Analyst with mthree, you’ll be on a shared mission to look after the technical systems and processes other teams rely on. Once training is completed, you can be considered for several diverse roles, such as Junior DevOps, Production Support, Support Analyst, Junior Software Engineer, or IT Operations.

The operations team is the face of Rugged Robotics in the field. They bring our mission to life by deploying our robots and supporting customers hands-on to deliver a consistent, precise, and reliable layout. As a Robotic Operations Technician, your primary responsibility will be operating robots at customers’ job sites, dynamically blending technology, teamwork, and a solution-oriented mindset to have a direct impact on how projects get built.
When not in the field, you’ll work from our Houston HQ in East Downtown, preparing for the next project while sharing insights from the field that inform our engineering roadmap and sales process.

The Test Architect plays a key strategic role responsible for defining, designing, and implementing the overall test architecture, frameworks, and quality standards across the software development lifecycle. This role ensures that testing practices are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business and technical objectives. Previous work experience of Tricentis tools (Tosca and Qtest mandatory)
As a senior member of the quality engineering team, the Test Architect collaborates with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, product, and business stakeholders. The test architect will provide technical leadership in test automation, CI/CD integration, performance testing, and test data management, while also mentoring QA teams and championing best practices.
This role is critical in building a culture of continuous quality, driving innovation in testing approaches, and ensuring high levels of software reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Working 4 days at onsite is mandatory (zero exceptions)
