Senior Lead, Engineering Technology

Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. We are seeking a Senior Smart Reference Data (SRD) to join our team in Houston. In this role you will work with Smart tool administrators, Engineering and Design Departments to provide operational support for development and maintenance of piping specifications, specialty items in SRD. This person will be responsible to bulkload piping specs in S3D catalog and make the necessary configurations to ensure that all spec components can be placed correctly in the Smart3D (S3D) model and are represented appropriately on deliverables such as Isometrics and Reports. This person will lead and mentor other team members supporting piping specification development and update in SRD. This person must have a working knowledge S3D modeling environment and must have the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues related to piping specifications.
This position will report to the Director of Engineering Technology
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Setup and configure the SRD instance for Venture Global standard pipe specs, in collaboration with IT, Engineering Technology admins, and Project Engineering teams.
- Setting up and managing new and existing engineering projects within Smart Reference Data (SRD).
- Providing user-support to project resources on SRD, S3D specs, and other related issues as needed.
- Creating and managing Pipe specifications in SRD throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating with Piping Spec/material engineers on new spec requests and spec markups as needed.
- Understanding and following Venture Global’s standard work processes for creating new specs and managing spec changes through the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain SQL/SSRD/PowerBI reports for SRD data to manage and maintain engineering data.
- Develop procedures/workflows, and automation solutions for checking and validating MOC impacts across SRD and S3D.
- Interfacing directly with software vendor to escalate issues (bugs) and request new functionality to support Venture Global’s standard workflows, which needs a strong technical understanding of the software applications.
- Mapping Iso SKEYS correctly for each component type to ensure standard output on deliverables.
- Developing bulkload sheets for Specialty Items (SP items) as per project request and make them available in S3D catalog as tagged items.
- Bulkloading pipe specs and catalog changes from SRD to Smart3D (S3D) catalog.
- Coordinating with the project design teams to ensure that the S3D model is in synchronization with latest catalog changes.
- Verifying the component placement in SP3D using Catalog Placement tester utility.
- Customize report templates for automating spec report generation using APEX Office Print (AOP) and issuing paper specs.
- Troubleshooting component placement issues in S3D in coordination with S3D support team.
- Troubleshooting ToDo list errors related to catalog changes in S3D.
- Continually seeking opportunities to increase end-user experience.
- Documenting changes and work processes. Must be able to communicate effectively with project teams, and management while maintaining a structured approach of working within a larger integrated engineering solution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in materials, mechanical, chemical engineering or similar engineering discipline.
- 8+ years or more experience in Smart Reference Data administration, configuration, development, and version upgrade.
- Strong understanding of ASME piping code and standards.
- Thorough knowledge of SRDPlus interface is a must.
- Experience with upgrading major versions of SRD
- Experience in using Smart3D (S3D) and Catalog placement tool.
- Proficient with S3D Piping modeling functionality and ability to configure/generate Isometric drawings from S3D.
- Relevant engineering and/or construction industry experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed with strong communication skills
- Experience as a technical leader and/or team lead is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of admin and user training for Smart Reference Data.
- Knowledge in customization of Symbol Editor using VB .NET symbols for components – custom symbols.
- Strong knowledge of methods for data-centric execution.
- Experience in piping design, and material engineering is a plus.
- LNG project execution experience preferred

Site Project Manager, Energy Storage

Serve as the jobsite primary point of contact with the client, maintaining alignment across all project stages.

Supporting the Project Executive in delivering the full scope of project execution, including safety, schedule, budget, engineering, quality, commissioning, and compliance.

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using recognized tools and methodologies.

Support with execution to align with project budgets from planning to final close-out, including monthly forecasting and variance tracking.

Identify, assess, and mitigate jobsite level project risks related to cost, safety, quality, and delivery.

Oversee daily on-site operations by monitoring General Contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure alignment with project scope, safety requirements, and quality expectations.

Oversee vendor on-site activities to ensure adherence to site safety rules, quality standards, and equipment commissioning timelines.

Lead and facilitate regular coordination meetings with the General Contractor, subcontractors, and client teams to track progress, resolve issues, and align on upcoming work.

Conduct routine site walks to observe construction activities, validate compliance with design documents, and identify potential risks or deviations early.

Manage field quality activities include coordinating equipment receipt inspections, managing installation inspections, and ensuring documentation for quality reporting is maintained.

Support the Project Executive in managing all change orders, RFIs, NCRs, PCNs, and VCNs in a timely and traceable manner.

Ensue daily JSA/JHAs are in place, morning toolbox meetings occur, safety and commissioning teams are aligned prior to the start of daily activities, end of day meeting to ensure alignment on next days activities and goals.

Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers and partners to improve execution quality and delivery performance.

Support Project Executive in validating subcontractor invoices and payment applications by cross-referencing with field progress and contractual terms.

Collaborate closely with safety personnel and commissioning teams to ensure daily readiness, compliance with site safety protocols, and startup of new systems.

Coordinate closely with the Commissioning Site Manager to align construction activities with system readiness, turnover packages, and commissioning schedules

Support contract close-out and final project documentation handover.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field (required).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in energy project management, preferably in battery energy storage or related fields.

Demonstrated experience managing EPC contractors and overseeing complex infrastructure projects at project sites.

Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and budget tracking systems.

Deep understanding of project controls, cost forecasting, and risk management best practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

The Technical Sales Coordinator supports the commercial team by combining sales operations expertise with a solid technical foundation in energy systems. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting

Job Description:
The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TAM will work with customers to ensure that they are extremely successful with Heartflow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology. It is your responsibility to drive adoption through the network of referring physicians. You will work with your accounts proactively to support, educate, and provide solutions to build high customer satisfaction. This is a customer- facing role with a primary focus on spending time with customers including Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and beyond. Expect approximately 20-25% travel from a home office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway. In these accounts, the TAM will develop and execute business development plans working closely with the account’s key stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization. Tools for program development could include key deployment of Heartflow internal leadership and physician mentors, organizing and staffing of dinner programs, VIP Visits, organizing Heartflow CT Pathway road-shows, referring physician office meetings, etc. This role will work closely with the other Heartflow team members to include respective Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development and Clinical
- Increase Heartflow usage within the designated key strategic Heartflow account by:
- Maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and other key clinical stakeholders
- Educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition by giving presentations/having discussions with referring MDs
- Promoting / championing Heartflow and building advocac
- Production/Success/Achievement of the TAM will be evaluated and based on performance in active/targeted accounts(metrics):
- Meet / exceed quota for the strategic Heartflow account (within existing customer locations)
- cCTA growth (conversion of non-invasive tests) and FFRct penetration / case growth over baseline (% and $) in assigned accounts.
Skills Needed:
- Proven sales skills and track-record of sales achievement
