The Market Access team builds and supports the systems that interface with markets, brokers, and data providers. These systems ensure QRT’s trading strategies can access real-time market data and execute reliably. The team is critical to supporting the firm’s growth and maintaining its technological edge.
Your future role at QRT:
You will help manage and improve QRT’s global market data systems by working closely with exchanges, vendors, traders, and internal engineering teams. Your role spans project management, operations, and technical coordination.

This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership and visibility — ideal for someone who has led office expansion projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments and brings experience from multinational companies or multi-country operations
You will be the go-to person for all things workplace in Hong Kong — partnering closely with our US headquarters, leading office expansion projects end-to-end, managing vendors, and ensuring our team has an exceptional, safe, and compliant work environment.

You will provide direct, hands-on support to trading desks on a daily basis, and help define their technology requirements for other teams across the firm.

THE ROLE
The Head of Retail Salon, Hong Kong is responsible for working together with the Global Head of Retail to set the regional Salon business strategy to achieve key KPIs around client journeys, engagement and loyalty, and creating an ultra-luxury environment; leading from the front through consistent presence on the floor and enabling the Client Advisor teams to achieve the sales targets; and working together with regional corporate functions to bring an ultra-luxury, cross-category experience to life across product assortment, marketing and events, services implementation, and seamless operations.
