The Position:
At OPSWAT, we build user-centric products to safeguard global critical infrastructure from cyber threats. We're at the forefront of Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) solutions and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Product Marketing Creative Team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer capable of leading and evolving our creative marketing efforts across a diverse product portfolio. You will embody the brand, build a consistent and cohesive visual identity tailored to specific personas, and apply rigorous attention to detail. A deep understanding of style guides, spatial relationships, visual hierarchy, motion design, color theory, typography, design systems, responsive layouts, visual frameworks, and component libraries is essential.
This role will report to a regional Creative Leader, and will work closely with brand design, product design, web design, and other corporate functions to execute projects from concept to completion. In this fast-paced environment, you must be capable of juggling multiple projects, maintaining various schedules, and working with a global team spread across the USA, Europe, and Asia. Your ultimate goal is to produce best-in-class, award-level design work that drives leads.

The role is also responsible to assess product designs and offer suggestions to structurally enhance the product. At the same time, this role will work closely with the manufacturing partners to ensure they are optimizing the plant for efficiency, employing tooling, reducing production bottle necks and minimizing minutes on the line.
This role also leads innovation research for Soft Goods and introduces best practices from the industry to both the Stanley 1913 brand and the manufacturing partners.

We are looking for a driven, creative, and fun-loving In Region Soft Goods Product Developer to join our team and help us redefine the world of soft goods.
As an In Region Soft Goods Product Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful mass production of our existing and new soft goods product designs. You will collaborate closely with our soft goods product operations team, Project Managers, external manufacturers, and suppliers to bring new colorways, product updates, and line expansion designs to production within tight timelines.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building top-of-the-line gear that is functional, beautiful, and cost-effective. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest trends in soft goods design.
