• As a Wholesale Operations Specialist, you will work closely with international partners and sales representatives to process, track, and manage orders from receipt through fulfillment and invoicing. This role ensures accuracy, timely execution, and smooth coordination with both internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include order processing, back-order management, processing and tracking orders, handling customs purchase orders, and completing ad hoc tasks.

What you'll do:

• Process and manage customer orders accurately through EDI and non-EDI systems.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order issues
• Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns efficiently
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and billing concerns
• Support audits by providing accurate documentation and order records
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding order updates
• Maintain organized and up to date order records (WOL).
• Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects and supporting daily wholesale operations as needed.
• Monitor and check inventory levels to ensure order availability and accuracy, and coordinate with partners when needed.
• Understand and follow partner compliance guidelines to ensure all processes are aligned with required standards.
• Assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities, and report them to the manager.
• Oversee the ordering and packaging process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.

About you:

Required Experience

• Excellent (English) communication skills
• 1–2 years of experience in order management, wholesale operations, retail operations
• Experience handling sales orders, backorders, and order fulfillment processes.
• Knowledge of EDI systems and Netsuite
• Familiarity with inventory management and shipment tracking.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing orders end to end.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work the graveyard shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time)
• Educational background in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related courses.

Preferred Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite and SPS is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with PD team, design team, and global colleagues on new product introduction, understanding the requirements of the goods, and providing suggestions to improve
• Making recommendations for DFM, sourcing for suppliers, cost and terms negotiations and feedback improvements to design team
• Review manufacturing programs for factory and major vendors, and identify areas for improvement. This includes ensuring that their manufacturing processes are in place, proper controls, and documentation
• Work on golden samples, sign off the details, and maintain revisions
• Update engineering documents to reflect changes in production or ECOs. This includes updating documents to reflect any changes in production or engineering change orders (ECOs), and ensuring that all relevant documentation is up to date and accessible to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in root causes of development  issues and implement corrective actions. This includes working with the factory to investigate the root causes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that the corrective actions are effective and that issues do not recur in MP
• Organize and maintain critical documentation and communications related to product manufacturing. • Communicate with Peak Design product operations on the status of production and identify potential issues early on. ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Basic English proficiency with clear verbal and written communication skills for Zoom and email collaboration.
• 3D CAD design experience with real parts or fixtures; SolidWorks or Onshape preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect all outgoing shipments to ensure they meet our quality standards. This includes conducting visual inspections of all outgoing shipments, using AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards to determine the number of defects that are acceptable in a shipment, and documenting any defects that are found.
• Review IQC/OQC programs for factory and major vendors, and identify areas for improvement. This includes ensuring that our incoming quality control (IQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC) programs are in place and being followed, and identifying any areas where the programs can be improved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive product improvements by testing and implementing sustainable fabrics, specialty zippers, or custom webbing, making a difference in the world.

• Set the bar high for quality by establishing comprehensive quality control documents and inspection plans with our trusted suppliers.

• 5 years of experience working with soft goods vendors to bring products to mass production for consumers
• Able to transform ideas into reality, collaborating closely with sewing prototypers, sewing factories, fabric weavers, coatings factories, and more
• Proficiency in building soft goods drawing packages, also known as "Tech Packs," using the power of Adobe Illustrator
• Hand sketching ability
• Able to work within structured product development systems, ensuring every crucial step is followed on the path to final mass production
• Able to set up quality control expectations and documentation, ensuring the highest level of product quality at our manufacturing partners.
• This is a remote position based in Vietnam, our soft goods design team will be visiting 2-6 times per year for on-site visits.
