Location: Maui, Hawaiʻi — with travel to neighboring islands.
Department: Drilling
Reports to: Driller
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour + Prevailing wage rates
Alpha Inc. is looking for a Drill Helper who isn’t afraid of hard work, heavy equipment, mud, sweat, long days, or doing the little things right when nobody is watching.
This is not a “stand around and wait to be told twice” kind of job.
This is a boots-on-the-ground, hands-on-the-rig, show-up-early, move-with-purpose kind of role. You’ll work directly with the Driller to support water well drilling, rig setup, pipe handling, equipment maintenance, material movement, jobsite cleanup, and the daily grind that keeps drilling operations moving safely and efficiently.
If you’re dependable, physically tough, coachable, safety-minded, and ready to build real skills in one of Hawaiʻi’s most essential trades — this could be your shot.
Alpha Inc. is a locally rooted Hawaiʻi company delivering construction, drilling, energy, concrete, and infrastructure solutions that help build and support island communities.
We don’t just talk about values. We expect them in the field, in the shop, on the road, and on every jobsite.
Lead with Heart – Respect the crew, protect the team, and bring the right attitude every day.
Strength in Unity – No lone wolves. We win because we work as one.
Alpha Mentality – Own your work, push through challenges, and take pride in doing the job right.
As a Drill Helper, you’ll be part of the crew that turns tough ground into finished work — safely, cleanly, and with pride.
You’ll support the Driller in the construction and decommissioning of water wells while keeping safety, quality, and execution at the front of everything you do.
You will:
You don’t need to be the most experienced person on the jobsite.
You do need to be the person who shows up ready, listens well, works hard, stays alert, and takes pride in earning trust.
This is real field work. You must be able to:
You’ll stand out if you are:
Most importantly, you embody:
Lead with Heart – You treat people with respect, even when the work is hard.
Strength in Unity – You know the crew is only as strong as the teammate next to them.
Alpha Mentality – You bring grit, ownership, and pride to the job every day.
Because here, hard work still means something.
At Alpha Inc., you’ll be part of a team that builds, drills, solves, and delivers work that matters across Hawaiʻi. You’ll work with experienced field leaders, learn a specialized trade, and contribute to projects that support communities, infrastructure, and the future of the islands.
This role is for someone who wants more than a paycheck.
It’s for someone who wants to earn skill, respect, opportunity, and a place on a crew that takes the work seriously.

We are looking for a Executive Assistant who does not just “manage calendars” — they move the mission forward.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait-to-be-told role. This is a high-trust, high-visibility, high-accountability seat supporting the CEO at the center of a fast-moving organization. You will be the operational backbone behind the scenes — the person who sees around corners, closes loops, protects priorities, and makes sure what matters does not get buried, delayed, or dropped.
The right person for this role is sharp, steady, discreet, and relentlessly organized. You know how to bring order to chaos, turn conversations into action, and keep leaders focused on the work only they can do.

Alpha Inc. is looking for a Process Analyst who can walk into messy, moving parts and turn them into clean, usable systems.
This is not a “write documents no one reads” kind of role.
This is a listen-hard, ask-better-questions, connect-the-dots, build-the-playbook kind of role.
You’ll work across all departments to understand how work actually gets done, where things break down, and how to make processes clearer, smarter, and easier to follow. You’ll turn tribal knowledge into practical SOPs, vague handoffs into clear ownership, and everyday frustrations into better ways of working.
If you’re the kind of person who sees a gap and thinks, “We can fix this,” instead of waiting for someone else to point it out — keep reading.
Alpha Inc. is a locally owned Hawaiʻi company built on heavy civil construction, water well drilling, underground utilities, concrete, renewable energy, and infrastructure work that impacts island communities for generations. We’re growing, evolving, and investing in better systems, stronger teams, and smarter ways to deliver high-quality work.

Chief Revenue Officer
Location: Maui, Hawaiʻi (with statewide travel)
Reports to: President
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Department: Executive
Compensation: $275,000 - $350,000 annual base salary
Alpha Inc. is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer with grit, clarity, and a fearless growth mindset—and deep experience driving revenue within the construction industry.
This is not a role for someone who leads from a distance. We are looking for a hands-on executive who understands the realities of construction, knows how work is won in Hawaiʻi’s market, and can connect business development strategy to estimating, operations, project execution, and long-term client partnerships.
This role owns the full revenue lifecycle across Alpha’s business: lead generation, business development, sales strategy, estimating alignment, marketing direction, client experience, and long-term revenue performance. You will turn market opportunity into executable strategy, relationships into repeat business, and operational alignment into profitable growth.
The right leader will bring a proven track record of growing revenue in heavy civil construction, infrastructure, concrete, drilling, renewable energy, or closely related construction environments. They will understand how to pursue the right work, protect margin, and help scale a Hawaiʻi-based construction company with discipline and vision.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments, have the courage to pursue ambitious goals, and know how to turn construction market opportunity into measurable results, you will feel at home here.
Alpha Inc. is a Hawaiʻi-built, Hawaiʻi-proud company leading in heavy civil construction, water well drilling, renewable energy, and concrete services. The projects we build today shape the future of island communities for generations—and we do not take that lightly.
We live and lead through three core values:
Lead with Heart – Empathy, humility, and genuine care for people and community.
Strength in Unity – We win together. No silos. No ego. Just one Alpha.
Alpha Mentality – Grit, accountability, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in everything we do.
As CRO, you are not just generating revenue—you are helping drive the next chapter of Alpha’s growth while reinforcing the values that define how we lead and build.
Because this is not a maintenance job—it is a legacy-building role.
You will help shape how Alpha grows, which clients we serve, what work we pursue, and how we scale with discipline across Hawaiʻi. You will work closely with the President and executive team to guide the company into its next era—grounded in courage, community, operational alignment, and excellence in execution.
This is an opportunity for a construction-minded growth leader to make a lasting impact on a company building critical infrastructure and serving island communities.
If you are ready to lead bold growth, strengthen client partnerships, and bring construction-savvy revenue leadership to a values-driven company, Alpha Inc. wants to meet you.

If you thrive where complexity meets accountability, if people follow you because you inspire—not because you demand—and if you’re wired for continuous improvement, this is the role built for you.

Reports to: Chief Estimator
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Department: Civil
Annual Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 commensurate with experience
Alpha Inc. is looking for an Estimator who knows that winning work is not about throwing numbers at a spreadsheet and hoping the math survives.
This role is for the sharp-eyed, detail-obsessed, relationship-driven builder who can read the plans, see the risk, price the work, chase the right opportunities, and help Alpha win the projects that shape Hawaiʻi’s future.
You will be the person who turns plans, specs, soil reports, subcontractor quotes, production assumptions, and market intelligence into clean, competitive, confidence-building bids.
This is not a back-office “plug and chug” estimating seat. This is a front-line growth role for someone who can think like a builder, communicate like a partner, and compete like an Alpha.
If you are the kind of estimator who catches what others miss, builds trust before the bid drops, and understands that precision is a competitive weapon — this might be your next move.
Founded and grown in Hawaiʻi, Alpha Inc. is a locally owned leader in heavy civil construction, renewable energy, concrete services, drilling, and infrastructure solutions. We build projects that serve island communities for generations — with precision, purpose, and pride.
We live by three core values that shape how we lead, bid, build, and deliver:
Lead with Heart – Humility, integrity, empathy, and respect in every interaction.
Strength in Unity – One crew, many talents; we win together.
Alpha Mentality – Grit, accountability, and a relentless drive to excel.
As an Estimator, you will bring those values into every pursuit, every scope review, every subcontractor conversation, and every bid that carries the Alpha name.
As Estimator, you will help fuel Alpha’s growth by identifying the right opportunities, building complete and competitive estimates, and helping position the company to win profitable work across private and public-sector improvement projects.
Lead with Heart – You build trust through honesty, respect, and follow-through.
Strength in Unity – You know bids are won by aligned teams, not lone wolves.
Alpha Mentality – You pursue excellence, own the details, and compete to win.
At Alpha Inc., we are not just chasing projects — we are building Hawaiʻi’s future.
You will join a team that takes on meaningful infrastructure, energy, drilling, concrete, and civil work across the islands. You will be part of a company that invests in people, technology, training, safety, and long-term relationships. And you will have the opportunity to directly influence the work Alpha wins, the partnerships we build, and the communities we impact.
This is a role for someone who wants more than a desk, a takeoff set, and a deadline.
This is for an estimator who wants to be part of the engine.
Alpha Inc. offers a competitive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
• 100% company-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (family coverage)
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (vacation, personal, and sick time) that increases with tenure
• Paid holidays
• Weekly pay
• 401(k) Retirement Plan: Eligible after 1 month of service (age 18+), with a Safe Harbor match (100% on the first 3%, 50% on the next 2%) with immediate vesting.

• Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) (24/7 confidential support)
• Tuition reimbursement (up to $500/year)
• Company-provided equipment (role dependent)
• Additional perks (Aflac supplemental coverage + employee discounts)
• Employee Ambassador Program: A dedicated, real-human support resource to help you navigate life’s challenges—personal or professional—by connecting you to guidance, resources, and solutions when you need them most.
Benefits eligibility may vary based on role and employment status.
Employment at Alpha Inc. is contingent upon:
• Completion of standard pre-employment screening.
• Successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer; any prior issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis consistent with Hawaiʻi and federal law.
• Passing a drug test (for both full-time and part-time hires) conducted in line with Hawaiʻi statutory requirements.
