The Opportunity
Alpha Inc. is seeking Heavy Civil Laborers who take pride in their craft, respect the crew they work with, and want to build a long-term career in civil construction.
These positions will support major water infrastructure improvement projects and heavy civil infrastructure projects across. It is a field-forward position requiring physical capability, situational awareness, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
This posting represents a career band, not a single narrow slot. We are open to candidates at different stages of their journey — from developing laborers with foundational experience to highly skilled pipe and utility installers — as long as they bring the mindset, work ethic, and accountability that define an Alpha crew member.
