Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager Scale (CSMS) manages a portfolio of customer accounts and is responsible for driving customer value realisation, engagement, and retention across the RightShip product suite.
The CSM, Scale will focus on the mid-market and long-tail segment of customers that are primed for nurturing and growth. Job Purpose:
The Senior Conference Producer will be involved in the development and execution of their own events, to ensure each Strategic and Technical agenda meets dmg’s market leading global standards.
Working as part of the global dmg Education team, which comprises of conferences, exhibitions and online products, you will be involved in all aspects of the strategy and execution of your conferences, including support on commercial structure, identifying sponsors, partners, potential hosts, as well as programme creation and development, on-site management and speaker liaison to ensure the successful smooth running of the conferences, and that exceptional service is delivered to our customers and clients.

As a Software QA Engineer, whilst being technical and hands-on capable, you will oversee and input to all aspects of quality assurance including applying industry best practices, developing new testing solutions and methods, and establishing metrics. Managing the successful delivery of projects will require you to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. Additional Responsibilities
There is a strong possibility that this role will also take on Scrum Master responsibilities, which may account for approximately 10 to 20 percent of the overall workload. These responsibilities may include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting sprint planning and retrospectives, removing impediments, and helping the team continuously improve its delivery practices.
Prior experience as a Scrum Master is not required, although it would be considered an advantage. What is essential is a willingness to learn and develop Scrum facilitation skills with the support and guidance of peers.

RightShip is seeking an exceptional Software Architect to join our team. This role will help us continue building world-class, data-driven products to solve some of the most challenging problems in the maritime industry by maintaining and improving quality across critical data sets.
This role requires an individual who is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing high-level software architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of systems. They serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, guiding teams through design and development best practices.
