Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager Scale (CSMS) manages a portfolio of customer accounts and is responsible for driving customer value realisation, engagement, and retention across the RightShip product suite.
The CSM, Scale will focus on the mid-market and long-tail segment of customers that are primed for nurturing and growth. The role ensures customers are successfully onboarded, supported and enabled to maximise the value of RightShip’s solutions throughout the lifecycle of their engagement. The CSM acts as a trusted partner to customers, working closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure strong implementation, adoption, proactive engagement, and timely contract renewals.
The CSM plays an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying risks to retention, and supporting growth opportunities across the customer portfolio.

RightShip is looking for an exceptional Lead Front-end Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible not only for building high-quality, scalable front-end solutions, but also for providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of front-end developers. You will help the organization continue to build world-class, data-driven products that solve some of the most challenging problems in the maritime industry by setting front-end standards, driving best practices, and uplifting the capability of the team.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about web applications, structures, and user experience, with a strong eye for UI/UX and a natural ability to lead and mentor others. You will balance hands-on development with technical direction, collaboration, and coaching, shaping digital experiences that leave a lasting impact.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Delivery (Hands-on)
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable front-end code.
• Design and develop new client-side features and capabilities.
• Lead updates, enhancements, and refactoring of UI and UX across products.
• Ensure front-end solutions are scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable.
• Test solutions across devices and form factors to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Remain up to date with evolving front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Technical Leadership & Ownership
• Provide technical leadership and direction for front-end development across teams.
• Define and uphold front-end architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Review code through pull requests and provide constructive, high-quality feedback.
• Drive consistency and quality across front-end implementations.
• Identify technical debt and lead initiatives to address it.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of front-end developers.
• Coach team members on technical skills, coding standards, and career development.
• Support onboarding of new front-end developers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality.
Collaboration & Delivery
• Participate in requirements analysis with stakeholders, product, design, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with QA, Developers, Data Engineers, and Architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute actively to story grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily scrums.
• Act as a trusted front-end advisor to stakeholders across the business.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years in front-end development.
• At least 4 years in a front-end developer leading role.
• Diploma in web design and development, or equivalent qualifications.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML/CSS.
• Experience in the JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with frameworks such as Angular / Aurelia / React.
• Knowledge of web standards.
• Knowledge on mobile-first Responsive Web Design.
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors such as SCSS / SASS / LESS.
• Experience in Cross-Browser Compatibility.
• Knowledge of Version Control such as GitHub / Bitbucket / Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Component and E2E Testing such as Cypress / Playwright / Selenium.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience leading or mentoring front-end developers.
• Experience conducting code reviews and setting development standards.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and guide architectural outcomes.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.

As a Software QA Engineer, whilst being technical and hands-on capable, you will oversee and input to all aspects of quality assurance including applying industry best practices, developing new testing solutions and methods, and establishing metrics. Managing the successful delivery of projects will require you to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with the department’s Product Managers, coordinating with QA and developers, as well as liaising with key project stakeholders as required.
This role offers challenges across a wide variety of projects and responsibilities, including the opportunity to influence the future direction of the department and systems used across the business.

There is a strong possibility that this role will also take on Scrum Master responsibilities, which may account for approximately 10 to 20 percent of the overall workload. These responsibilities may include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting sprint planning and retrospectives, removing impediments, and helping the team continuously improve its delivery practices.
Prior experience as a Scrum Master is not required, although it would be considered an advantage. What is essential is a willingness to learn and develop Scrum facilitation skills with the support and guidance of peers.

Data Governance Advisor

The Data Governance Team is directly responsible for improving the data maturity of the organisation through the delivery of Data Governance and Data Quality services at an enterprise level. The value that data can create for RightShip and our customers can only be achieved through a strong data foundation and mature organisational capabilities in managing, processing and utilising this data.
Reporting to the Data Governance Lead, the Data Governance Advisor will play a significant role in supporting RightShip in leveraging data as an asset to ensure data can be used to inform key decisions and deliver valuable outcomes to customers and the wider ecosystem in general.
You will drive the adoption and success of data governance across the organization by advocating for its importance, implementing frameworks, policies, and procedures, and engaging with stakeholders to monitor and track key governance KPIs.
