Money Laundering Reporting Officer (f/m/d)

Team
Join the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) department as our MLRO/GwB. You will lead our mission to prevent, detect, and combat money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud. As the primary contact for BaFin and the FIU, you ensure Raisin Bank meets Geldwäschegesetz (GwG) and Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) requirements. In this role, you collaborate with a team of experts to develop internal guidelines, oversee control mechanisms, and manage training programs to ensure group-wide AFC compliance and integrity.
Your Responsibilities
- Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary interface with the BaFin and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
- Policy Development: Design, implement, and maintain internal AFC policies, ensuring they reflect the latest updates to the GwG and AuA.
- Risk Management: Conduct and regularly update the group’s annual risk analysis to identify institutional risks related to money laundering and fraud.
- Monitoring & Investigation: Oversee the transaction monitoring systems and conduct manual investigations into high-risk accounts or complex structures.
- Advisory: Provide expert guidance to the Board and business units on high-risk client onboarding (PEP, High-Risk Jurisdictions) and the compliance implications of new products.
- Training: Develop and deliver mandatory AML/CTF training programs for all employees to foster a robust culture of compliance.
- Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual § 25h KWG audits.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional experience as an MLRO or Deputy MLRO within a bank.
- Expert knowledge of statutory requirements, particularly the German Money Laundering Act (GwG), BaFin AuA, AML Regulation, EBA Guidelines, and the German Banking Act (KWG).
- Deep expertise in the areas of KYC, customer identification, and complex risk rating methodologies.
- Proven experience in defending risk analyses before boards of management and supervisory authorities.
- Hands-on mentality and independent, proactive action paired with high entrepreneurial drive
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with high decision making authority regarding technological innovations.
- Highest degree of integrity, a sense of responsibility, and the personal reliability required for a key function.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.

RegTech Engineering Lead (f/m/d)

The RegTech Engineering team sits at the intersection of security, innovation, and regulatory excellence. We build automated infrastructure that powers Identity and Access Management and ensures resilience against evolving global regulations.
Our mission is to translate complex compliance requirements such as DORA, FCA, SOC2, and ISO 27001 into scalable, engineering-led solutions. We focus on automation, AI-driven systems, and proactive risk management to replace manual compliance with secure, intelligent infrastructure. We work collaboratively, challenge constructively, and operate with a strong security-first mindset.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a lean, high-performing team of RegTech Engineers, balancing people leadership with hands-on technical contribution.
- Define the technical roadmap for regulatory engineering, ensuring our focused efforts create an outsized impact on business goals, compliance mandates, and Information Security.
- Actively architect and build secure, scalable systems focused on Identity and Access Management and regulatory automation.
- Drive the design, integration, and maintenance of governance and compliance tooling including GRC platforms, CMDB systems, and automated reporting pipelines
- Champion engineering best practices including secure coding, infrastructure as code, and automated deployment pipelines
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Security, and Engineering teams to translate regulatory complexity into robust technical solutions
- Advance automation and AI-driven approaches to replace manual workflows with reliable, scalable systems
Your Profile
- Experience: 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally within a regulated FinTech, Banking, or high-security environment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in designing scalable, secure architectures and microservices. Strong hands-on proficiency in Python (Go/Java is a plus), AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. You are still comfortable getting your hands dirty in the code.
- Optional Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of financial and security regulations such as DORA, FCA, SOC2, and ISO 27001, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
- Automation & AI Focus: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or advanced automation to solve complex operational and compliance challenges. Passionate about replacing manual workflows with reliable, code-based systems.
- Tooling Expertise: Experience building, integrating, or maintaining governance, risk, and compliance tooling including IAM systems, GRC platforms, CMDB environments, and automated audit and reporting pipelines, ensuring continuous audit readiness.
- Leadership: Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Security, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering, and to foster a culture of security-first, high-performance engineering.

(Senior) Customer Service Manager – Investment and Pension Products (m/f/d)

Team
Process Knowledge Management (PKM) at Raisin owns all operational knowledge and documentation, as well as maintains and continuously improves existing processes, supporting scalable operations by integrating insights from other CS teams Q. Working closely with Process Design & Innovation, PKM provides deep area expertise during the design and rollout of new processes and takes ownership once they move into long-term use.
The team combines domain knowledge, structured process thinking and AI-supported content creation to ensure that CS at Raisin operates with clear, simple and reliable processes .
Your Responsibilities
This role sits in a growing and evolving area of the business. As the Subject Matter Expert for Investment & Pension Products (IPP) within CS. You will be expected to understand customer and agent journeys, identifying friction points, and translating complex investment and pension topics into clear, usable, and compliant processes and communication. We’re looking for someone with a background in customer experience within investment and pension products, who is a self-starter who enjoys learning, problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Own knowledge, documentation and process management for Investment & Pension Products (IPP) within CS.ct as the main point of contact for the IPP area and ensure alignment with internal CS teams, external partners and Product teams.
- Drive regular agent-shadowing and data-gathering agenda to understand operational challenges, capture insights and translate them into process and documentation improvements.
- Proactively improve, simplify and standardize content, leveraging AI-supported tooling.
- Own and maintain customer-facing knowledge and documentation for IPP, to support self-service and ticket deflection
- Independently assess, prioritize, and handle requests from internal and external stakeholders in an environment with evolving requirements.
- Support audit-related activities and maintain compliance documentation related to IPP.
- Contribute IPP expertise to PDI-led projects by supporting the research, design, documentation, and rollout of new or revised processes, ensuring alignment with operational constraints and long-term sustainability.
- Lead the deployment of Lean ways-of-working in the IPP area CS organization.
- Own IPP CS feature requests to Product, ensuring business impact and operational needs are clearly represented.
