The Payments team at Raisin Bank ensures the secure, compliant, and efficient execution of all money movements across Europe. As part of a fully licensed bank, the team manages the end-to-end payment lifecycle, from customer transactions to partner settlements, supporting Raisin’s retail platform and B2B Banking-as-a-Service offerings.
By combining experienced payments experts with ambitious professionals, the team drives operational excellence while working closely with Product and Engineering to automate and continuously improve payment processes.

As the primary contact for BaFin and the FIU, you ensure Raisin Bank meets Geldwäschegesetz (GwG) and Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) requirements. Team
The Risk Controlling team shapes Raisin Group’s resilience by establishing and maintaining the group-wide risk management framework in line with regulatory standards. The team defines risk policies and controls and is responsible for identifying and assessing material risks across the group, including operational, credit, market, and liquidity risk, using methods such as risk assessments, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
In addition, Risk Controlling continuously monitors the group’s risk profile through risk metrics, key risk indicators, and early warning signals. The team prepares risk reporting for senior management and regulatory authorities and supports capital and liquidity adequacy assessments in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring the business model is backed by appropriate risk-bearing capacity and liquidity strength.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Finance & Strategy (F&S) team and support the Global Courier function.
The Logistics (Courier) function is responsible for our operations globally as well as trust & safety. The function ensures we have the right courier supply balance, growing efficiency across our courier operations, and helps courier partners deliver more with fair compensation. The function also drives the development and execution of comprehensive strategies, policies and initiatives as we’re pushing to have the best real-time customer support in the world.
The Courier Finance & Strategy team plays a key role in the success of Wolt, strategically and financially. The team owns the P&L and ensures the right capital allocation within given constraints to hit the operational targets. You will support the function leadership in establishing a vision forward, setting ambitious targets and supporting the organization in reaching them. Your work will cover performance tracking, capital allocation proposals, developing advanced financial models, analyzing data and providing valuable business insights for decision making. As part of the Team, you will be a financial and strategic partner for the Courier functions leadership globally.

The Group Data Protection Team at Raisin is responsible for safeguarding personal data and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations across the group and its entities. Their work covers two main focus areas: Data Protection Legal and Privacy Operations (Privacy Ops). In the legal area, the team defines the privacy framework, sets internal standards and KPIs, ensures compliance with legal requirements (such as RoPA, DIPA, DPAs, and TOMs), manages ad-hoc requests, and supports both internal and external audits. Vay is redefining mobility through teledriving technology. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join Vay’s B2B and partnership team. This role is designed to directly support the Director of Business Development on Vay’s most strategic and high-stakes partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of deep technology, commercial strategy, and complex negotiations.
You will play a critical role in helping scale Vay’s partnerships with mobility platform companies, OEM integrations, technology partners and public sector stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, with the ability to qualify new engagements, perform business modelling, and navigate the technical and regulatory constraints of a deep-tech product to make strategic engagements a success.
