Overview: The Senior Software Development Engineer L4 is expected to successfully work through complex tasks independently, understand the intricacies of the software development life cycle, and display strong adherence to fundamental software engineering principles in the production of software. This position possesses a deep understanding of the computer’s architectural design and other issues like testing and scalability of software products.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to design, build, and operate innovative platforms ensuring quality across the SDLC.
2. Analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements (FR/NFR) and define comprehensive test strategies, plans, and objectives.
3. Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases for web, API, and backend systems using tools like Selenium and Playwright.
4. Perform end-to-end testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and ensure data validation across SQL/Snowflake databases and stored procedures.
5. Implement automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and coverage
6. Conduct API testing and performance/load testing using JMeter, analyzing results to optimize system scalability and stability.
7. Test applications deployed on AWS/Azure environments, validating compatibility, scalability, and security in cloud-based architectures.
8. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
9. Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and security guidelines, maintaining clear documentation and reporting on test coverage and results.
10. Mentor junior QA engineers, enforce best practices, and contribute to process improvements and test automation strategies.
11. Troubleshoot complex system-level issues, drive root cause analysis, and recommend solutions for performance and reliability.
12. Stay current with emerging QA tools, technologies, and methodologies, applying Agile principles to deliver continuous value and scalability.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) for enterprise-level applications.
2. Strong proficiency in Selenium and Playwright for automated UI and functional testing.
3. Ability to implement automated UI and API tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
4. Deep experience in API testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
5. Solid experience testing Angular and Aurelia applications
6. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and stored procedures.
7. Ability to validate data integrity and execute complex queries for backend testing.
8. Hands-on experience testing applications deployed on AWS and Azure environments.
9. Proficiency in JMeter for performance and load testing, including analysis and optimization.
10. Ability to analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements (FR/NFR).

Education:

Overview: The Technical Support Engineer II is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Inovalon non-production and production environments. They will be responsible for the installation and configuration of software releases, maintaining a disciplined and stable release management process, ensuring that systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures, implementing process improvement and automating deployment processes, providing 24x7 production support, leading and support incident resolution and long-term corrective actions. This is a 1st tier second-level support role within the Endpoint Services team. Duties are focused on building, testing, and distributing hardware and software to new and existing Associates within an assigned area as well as providing technology support to resolve hardware and software issues both onsite at offices and remotely. They should be responsible for providing telephone-based technical support of complex hardware/software incidents and service requests across the enterprise. The incumbent will serve as an advocate for internal and external customers in ensuring service requests are fulfilled to their satisfaction. Responsibilities can include troubleshooting, installation, access provisioning, hardware break/fix, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve hardware and software incidents onsite and remotely.
- Function as an internal and external client representative for technology support within an assigned location(s).
- Find correlation and problems from incident to resolution, applies emergency fixes to keep end users working while root cause analysis is assessed.
- Provide effective communication of ongoing activity related to service requirements and incidents.
- Effectively manages work, understands, and meets SLA requirements (personal and team’s work queue) through the utilization of a ticketing process.

Job Requirements:
- Prefer a minimum of 5+ years of experience troubleshooting in a Windows environment, end-user software support, hardware, and working with advanced problems including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, tablets, VOIP phones, printers, fax machines, and smartphones.
- Excellent understanding of Active Directory / Group Policy / Microsoft Intune / Entra.
- Strong customer service and results-oriented.
- 2+ year of working experience with different IT Infrastructure components such as Endpoint device administration / Microsoft Intune / Entra / single sign-on / Linux Servers, Wintel Servers, networks, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, Apache, LDAP, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtualization, Email systems, Enterprise monitoring and access management solutions for single sign-on.
- Problem-solving, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and internet connections
- Diagnose firewall-related issues using Cisco FMC and Firepower devices
- Analyze firewall policies, access rules, NAT rules, and logs to identify traffic blocks
- Perform packet flow analysis and connectivity testing (ping, traceroute, packet capture)
- Support incident resolution and provide root cause analysis for network outages
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams during troubleshooting
- Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and standard procedures
- Working knowledge of Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and cloud security troubleshooting
- Ability to participate in scheduled non-business hour implementation and maintenance activities.
- Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call technical support schedule.
- sExperience with Service Now, or another similar ticketing system is a plus.
- Good knowledge of various Scripting Languages (PowerShell, Python).
Education:
- High school diploma required or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- 5 to 8 Years of hands on experience on Java/J2EE programming, especially on Java 8 features.
- Experience using latest frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Rest, Spring Data, Spring Security and Hibernate.
- Experience on Angular is required
- Experience in Micro services architecture & development.
- Experience with SQL on any of the RDBMS – Oracle, PostgreSQL, My SQL.
- Hands on experience with development tools like Git, Gradle, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins, Antifactory etc.
- Experience with Test-driven development (TDD), code testability standards, JUnit/Mockito.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms;
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture;
- Advanced design/debugging/coding skills;

Overview: The Software Development Engineer L3 will lead architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale critical and complex financial applications, owning all aspects of solutions end-to-end, through full stack software development. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Manage sole project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Research, create, and develop software applications to extend and improve on Inovalon’s product offering.
- Own the front-end, back-end, or full stack design and development of product features, building scale, efficiency, and differentiated customer experiences.
- Responsible to design, architect, develop, test, deploy and deliver scalable, multi-tiered software applications, systems, platforms or services using modern languages, design patterns, frameworks and technologies.
- Meet stakeholders, gather and document related information, participate design and other technical reviews, participate in strategic planning to deliver best experience for the users of the software applications, systems, platforms or services.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
- Knowledge of object-oriented coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git).
- Knowledge of functional programming languages.
- Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., C#, Objective C, JavaScript, or Go).
- Ability to select and implement an algorithm, use appropriate data structures to solve a problem, interpret algorithms, and contribute ideas to their development.
- Ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
- Strong software development experience delivering at scale solutions, and systems design skills.
- Demonstrated ability delivering within a DevOps delivery model from scoping requirements, requirement analysis, design, development, test, CI/CD, security implementation, and operational excellence with the ability to work cross-functionally with Product Managers, business stakeholders and other tech teams through the actual launch of the project.
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
