Role Summary

The Senior Strategy & Operations Lead is a high-impact partner to IT leadership, responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and execution rigor across all IT pillars. This role leads IT-wide planning, governance, and communications to ensure the CIO’s priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT Strategic Planning & Governance
  - Drives the definition of IT OKRs, quarterly business reviews, and multi-year strategic planning cadences to align priorities and track value delivery
• Drive Executive Decision Enablement
  - Build insights, narratives, and recommendations that inform CIO/leadership decisions, including board materials and enterprise updates
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Initiatives
  - Coordinate strategic programs that span pillars, ensuring ownership clarity, risk management, and measurable outcomes
• Evolve IT Operating Model
  - Deploy “run IT like a product” standards across agile delivery, resource planning, intake, and change management
• Champion Operational Excellence
  - Standardize ways of working, reporting frameworks, and collaboration mechanisms across IT

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in technology strategy, PMO leadership, or chief-of-staff–style roles, ideally within a CIO’s office
• Experience partnering with senior executives and driving cross-functional impact
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational leadership skills
• Familiarity with product-centric delivery, agile, and enterprise planning tooling

About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy organizer who loves finding smarter ways to work?

As our India site continues its rapid scaling, we are looking for a next-generation Executive Assistant to support the India Site Head. This isn’t your traditional administrative role. We are looking for a "tech-first" problem solver who leverages AI agents, automation tools, and large language models to streamline executive operations.

Whether you are an experienced EA looking to modernize your skill set, or a brilliant fresher with a passion for AI and organization, this role is your launchpad. You will be the operational backbone for the Site Head - automating the mundane so the leadership team can focus on the extraordinary, while also bringing a human touch to our operations, serving as the primary host and culture champion for all visiting partners and site gatherings and events.

What You’ll Do

A) AI & Workflow Automation

• Build the "Virtual EA": Deploy and manage AI agents and automation workflows (using tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Power Automate) to handle routine tasks such as calendar triage, meeting invite acceptances, and basic email drafting.
• Smart Follow-Ups: Design automated systems to track leadership action items, pending approvals, and project follow-ups.
• Process Innovation: Continuously research and implement new AI tools to reduce administrative overhead for the executive office.

B) Executive & Site Support

• Strategic Calendar Management: Manage complex scheduling for the Site Head, ensuring time is protected for high-priority business initiatives.
• Event & Delegate Management: Act as the primary host for visiting global executives, VIP delegates, and external partners.
• Culture & People: Organize high-impact site events, leadership offsites, and team-building initiatives that foster a highly engaged work environment.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a seamless liaison between the Site Head, the Chief of Staff, and the broader GCC leadership team.

What You Bring

• Experience: Open to both fresh graduates with a strong tech portfolio and experienced professionals with a proven track record of modernizing administrative workflows.
• Tech Fluency: Hands-on experience (or strong demonstrated interest) in AI tools, prompt engineering, and basic workflow automation. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be extremely comfortable configuring AI agents to solve operational bottlenecks.
• Exceptional Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with global leadership and diverse teams.
• Hyper-Organized: An innate ability to manage multiple moving parts, prioritize ruthlessly, and anticipate the needs of the executive office before they arise.
• People Skills: A warm, professional demeanour with a natural talent for hospitality, event hosting, and relationship building.
