About the role
(Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Compensation Manager to support the design and delivery of competitive, equitable compensation programs across the business. This role partners closely with senior leaders and People teams to provide data-driven guidance on pay decisions, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal frameworks.
You’ll play a key role in delivering the annual compensation cycle, advising on complex compensation topics, and helping to evolve our approach as the organization grows.

Role: UX/UI Designer

About the role:
OLIVER is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer with strong product design expertise to join a fast-growing, high-profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services client. This relatively new global account has already seen growth and is continuing to expand.
In this role, you will combine expert-level UX and product design thinking with deep visual design skills. You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, content strategists and content authors, contributing throughout the end-to-end design process—from discovery and conceptualization through execution and delivery. A strong understanding of user-centered design, brand systems, and digital product development is essential.
Reporting to the UX Manager and working in partnership with stakeholders, you’ll help lead a wide range of work from the creation of large-scale digital experiences and products to emails and smaller digital assets across a range of platforms. This includes internal tools, customer-facing applications, content-rich sites, and emails. You’ll play a critical role in developing site architecture, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs, always advocating for the user while aligning with business objectives.
What you will be doing:
This globally dedicated team is comprised of project managers, creative and digital designers, developers, content strategists, copy editors, and video producers. The team also partners closely with teams in Mexico, the UK, Tokyo and Mumbai.

Trade & Transaction Reporting – Business Analyst / Project Manager
Location: Glasgow & Edinburgh (Hybrid) | Practice Area: FRRF – Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation & Finance Transformation | Type: Permanent
Drive regulatory clarity and control across global reporting regimes
The Role
Capco is seeking Business Analysts and Project Managers to join our FRRF practice, with a focus on trade and transaction reporting transformation. You’ll help financial institutions deliver reporting programmes across regimes such as EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, and CFTC, supporting enhanced transparency, operational control, and compliance readiness.
What You’ll Do
Lead analysis, design, and delivery of global reporting change initiatives
Translate regulatory obligations into business, functional, and data requirements
Partner with Compliance, Operations, Tech, and vendors to embed control frameworks
Support implementation across regimes including EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, and others
Provide governance and oversight on traceability, data lineage, and remediation
What We’re Looking For
Experience delivering transaction reporting change as a BA or PM within financial services
Practical understanding of at least one reporting regime (e.g. EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, HKMA)
Proficiency in drafting requirements, use cases, and test scenarios
Familiarity with trade lifecycle flows across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
Knowledge of control processes, reconciliation, and exception management in reporting
Bonus Points For
Experience working on EMIR Refit or MiFIR regulatory reporting implementations
Familiarity with vendor tools such as DTCC, UnaVista, Kaizen, or SteelEye
Experience documenting data lineage, schemas, and reporting logic
Agile delivery exposure using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalents
Consulting experience or involvement in multi-jurisdictional change programmes
