In addition, this role may occasionally support two new product teams within the department that are developing next-generation solutions for team development workflows, contributing to the design of emerging JetBrains products that have not yet been publicly released.
We’re looking for someone who can lead design initiatives, own key product areas, and bring clarity and usability to complex technical workflows. Design plays a critical role in these products by helping developers stay in the flow, reduce cognitive load, and work more confidently with a variety of tools.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to design and launch geospatial web applications that transform satellite data into mission-critical intelligence. You will help build our next-generation monitoring platform, designed to provide near real-time observability of any location on Earth.
While our foundation includes environmental and agricultural monitoring, we are rapidly expanding our core capabilities to support Defense & Intelligence (D&I) and Global Monitoring Services. As a Senior Experience Designer, you will take full ownership of your workstream or lead a small team to deliver across digital products and experiences, from opportunity framing to detailed interaction and visual design and deliver with autonomy.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to define and create experiences that meet functional and emotional needs, helping our clients to push boundaries in industries like healthcare, finance, mobility, and more.

We are looking for a product designer to work on Air, the company's new agentic development environment. Air is a new kind of developer tool: a workspace where multiple AI agents run tasks in parallel while the developer stays in control. The product includes a native desktop app and a web-based experience, with cloud execution and collaborative workflows in the works. AI is fundamentally changing how software is built, and our goal is to design an environment that makes this shift feel natural, for both solo developers and entire engineering teams.
We’re looking for someone who can lead design initiatives, own key product areas, and bring clarity and usability to complex technical workflows. Design plays a critical role in these products by helping developers stay in flow, reduce their cognitive load, and work more confidently across tools.
