The App DevX team exists to improve the day-to-day effectiveness of mobile engineers at Oura by providing fast, stable, and observable CI/CD systems, robust build and test infrastructure, and strong developer-facing tooling. We are looking for a Senior iOS Platform Engineer to own and evolve the iOS platform, build and test foundations used by all iOS engineers at Oura. This role plays a critical part in improving application observability, build performance, test stability, and CI reliability while reducing operational risk. 

What you will do

Own iOS build system performance and reliability

• Act as a deep technical owner of the iOS build system, including Xcode configuration, build internals, and performance characteristics.
• Diagnose and resolve build-time bottlenecks, non-determinism, and performance regressions in both local and CI environments.
• Improve build debuggability and predictability for day-to-day iOS development.

Own iOS test architecture and stability

• Define and evolve test architecture for iOS unit, integration, and UI tests, with a strong focus on determinism and signal quality.
• Lead the design and adoption of integration testing frameworks and patterns suitable for iOS at scale.
• Set clear standards and policies for flaky tests, including detection, quarantine, remediation, and enforcement.
• Partner with Testing and Release teams to shift meaningful iOS test signals earlier into CI and local workflows.
  
  

Own iOS CI execution models

• Design and maintain iOS CI execution models, including simulator usage, sharding strategies, and test parallelization.
• Improve CI runtime, queue time, and failure rates for iOS pipelines through systematic measurement and iteration.
• Partner closely with CI and infrastructure engineers to ensure iOS workloads are efficiently supported by the CI fleet.
  
  

Own Tuist project generation and tooling

• Own and evolve Tuist-based project generation, structure, and tooling.
• Improve developer workflows around project generation, caching, and incremental builds.
• Define best practices and guardrails to keep the iOS project structure scalable over time.
  
  

Improve developer feedback loops

• Ensure iOS build and test results are clear, actionable, and surfaced early.
• Reduce “works on my machine” issues by improving local–CI parity.
• Use metrics and data to guide prioritization and prevent regressions.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of Oura’s health experiences. In this role you’ll work across services and platforms – collaborating with mobile, backend, data, and product partners – to ship features that meaningfully improve our members’ health and wellbeing.

You’ll join one of our cross-functional product squads (for example Metabolic Health, Heart Health, Movement, or Advisor) depending on business need, your background, and your interests. You’ll be a key technical partner in taking ideas from early discovery all the way to reliable, scalable production systems.

This is an on-site (Helsinki or Oulu) or remote Finland-based senior role. We are not able to relocate people for this role.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production services and features that power Oura’s consumer experiences, from APIs and data pipelines to user-facing flows in our mobile apps.

We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to help define and build shared, API-first product platforms at AlphaSense that power multiple product surfaces, integrations, and agentic workflows.

In this role, you’ll focus on building platforms as products: well-designed APIs, clear contracts, strong reliability guarantees, and a roadmap driven by real product needs. These platforms are consumed by internal product teams, external integrations, including AI agents.

This role sits at the intersection of hands-on engineering and cross-product technical leadership. You’ll stay close to the code while shaping how product platforms are designed, evolved, and adopted across the company. You’ll also work across multiple teams and domains, helping to align long-term technical direction while still owning end-to-end systems. This is not a people-management role, nor is it a purely advisory architecture role. We’re explicitly looking for a Principal who enjoys building, prototyping, iterating, and solving complex problems in production.

The opportunity
We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in Helsinki. You will focus on facilitating Web API development and improving our core API Gateways, which process a billion daily calls. Our Gateway platform provides foundational features to handle authentication, authorization, rate limiting and many other features to develop, publish and operate APIs at scale. Our goal is to make it simple for service teams to expose endpoints through our Gateways and use core API features using our platform directly — while ensuring high API standards and consistency across all Unity services.

The Role: 

We are looking for a Head of Engineering Productivity & Experience to lead the evolution of how software is built, tested, and delivered at AlphaSense. This is a high-impact, Director-level leadership role shaping developer experience and engineering productivity across our global ~400-engineer organization through platforms, tooling, and engineering practices. The position will initially lead teams of ~13 engineers while defining the operating model and long-term trajectory of the Engineering Productivity domain. 

Your mission will be to drive the strategy for a unified platform ecosystem that bridges AI-driven development, Developer Tooling, Web Infrastructure, and QA Automation. You will lead the evolution of platforms that enable high-confidence releases across local development, microfrontend delivery, and automated quality engineering, while shaping a seamless developer-facing CI/CD experience in partnership with SRE and Cloud Platform teams.

A core pillar of this mission is advancing the AI-assisted SDLC. You will define and implement AI-enabled tooling and workflows that measurably improve developer productivity and experience. This includes areas such as AI-assisted code reviews, test generation and coverage expansion, developer documentation, and improving the entire inner-loop development experience. The goal is to ensure AI becomes a practical accelerator in everyday engineering workflows rather than a standalone tool.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, DataFlow (Android), to focus on core Android components responsible for storage and movement of data between Oura’s mobile app and cloud.

DataFlow team core mission:

• Reduce the effort required to store and query data that needs to be available in Oura’s app and across the cloud
• Empower feature teams to develop end-to-end features without the need to involve backend engineers.
• Evangelize compliance with standardized data schemas, data quality and data lifetime management.
• Ensure our systems are performant, scalable and cost-efficient, able to handle millions of active users and PBs of data.

The dataflow team is a platform team - most of the work is internal-facing. UI work is rare.
The team includes android, iOS,  backend, and “full-stack” engineers that do both app-side and backend work.

This role:

You will be one of the core Android engineers for this team. The focus area may naturally shift over time but the following provides an idea of the work being done:

• Writing kotlin code (for the most part)
• Improving app-cloud data sync, including: reliability, latency, performance, observability.
• Improving app-side data storage: performance, data access api design, data migration systems, etc.
• Implementing automation and codegeneration layers.
• Supporting a variety of work in the platform domain, including data management and more.

You will participate in both design and implementation work. This being a platform team with internal users, we expect team members to be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement at feature and architecture level.

Technologies:

• Android: Kotlin, (with some C++ libs, mostly in other domains), RealmDB (we’re migrating away from it), Sqlite
• Backend: Python, Rust, AWS
