Our company, Wolt License Services (WLS), is a dynamic organization specializing in payment and financial services for our parent company Wolt, a prominent platform marketplace, and Wolt’s customers. WLS currently manages all merchant payment flows across 22 markets, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, including AML, safeguarding customer funds, and maintaining robust internal controls. As a licensed and supervised payment and e-money institution, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and efficiency in our operations.
As we continue to expand our financial services and drive innovation, we are seeking to strengthen our regulatory compliance capabilities by recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Outsourcing Manager to join our 2LoD team. The Compliance Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the institution's compliance with internal and external outsourcing arrangements. This role requires a deep understanding of outsourcing regulatory standards together with knowledge around DORA regulation and effective communication with key stakeholders across the DoorDash group of companies. The role will report to the Director, Risk & Compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Managing activities related to outsourcing and third-party risk management, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring.
- Developing and implementing the outsourcing and third-party risk management policy and operating model for supply chain and outsourcing management.
- Controlling that approvals are processed through internal governance in relation to outsourcing changes and other vendor lifecycle deliveries.
- Providing clear guidance to staff on third-party risk management procedures, risk assessments, and their ongoing accountability.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance as it relates to EBA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements and DORA.
- Maintaining full oversight of the risk landscape and contract lifecycles, ensuring all vendors comply with Third Party policies, Business Continuity Plans, and audit requirements.
- Preparing regular reports to Senior Management on the status of outsourcing activities, their risks, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Act as the primary escalation point and bridge between WLS and its vendors, fostering strong internal cooperation and managing vendor responses during critical incidents.
Our humble expectations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management.
- Knowledge of a broad range of outsourcing and business resilience regulations and its application in financial services.
- Experience developing service management, monitoring processes, and conducting risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements on an ongoing basis.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. Ability to deep dive into various topics and create structures and procedures.
- Data driven in making decisions and measuring results.
- Experience working with operations, product, or engineering teams to launch new products or enter new markets is highly advantageous.

Technical Program Manager (Finland)

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects, from design review through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
This position requires close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), civil, IT infrastructure, security, and operations. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and electrical expertise, hands-on experience with Tier III+ and hyperscale data centers, and proven leadership in complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and handover.
- Develop and manage master schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Establish project governance, reporting cadence, executive dashboards, and portfolio-level reporting aligned with corporate PMO standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, maintain risk registers, and escalate critical issues.
- Ensure contractor compliance with contractual milestones, performance guarantees, and LD provisions.
- Support procurement strategy and evaluation of EPC / D&B / CM delivery models, including tender evaluations and contract award recommendations.
- Monitor CAPEX budgets, cost forecasts, funding requests, variance reporting, and progress payment certifications.
- Track procurement schedules and mitigate supply chain risks.
Engineering & Technical Oversight
- Review, approve, and coordinate technical designs across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, security, and IT infrastructure.
- Validate system redundancy (N+1, N+2, 2N, 2N+1), operational reliability, and maintainability requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, utility requirements, and international standards (Uptime Tier III/IV, NFPA, IEC, TIA, ISO).
- Coordinate with utility providers for grid interconnection, energization, and regulatory approvals.
- Oversee HV/MV infrastructure delivery, protection coordination, energization strategy, and power system studies (short circuit, load flow, arc flash).
- Manage vendor, contractor, and consultant performance to ensure adherence to technical specifications and project objectives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead multi-disciplinary internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Act as the primary interface with clients, utility authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and coordination across all parties.
- Mentor junior engineers and project staff, promoting knowledge transfer and operational excellence.
- Support the Director of Engineering in strategic planning and executive-level reporting.
Compliance, Quality & Safety
- Enforce engineering standards, corporate governance, and safety regulations.
- Review quality reports to validate installation quality and workmanship.
- Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives and ensure statutory and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Operations & Handover
- Ensure a smooth transition to operations, including as-built documentation, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and asset registers.
- Ensure operational readiness, uptime SLA compliance, and post-handover stabilization.
- Support training of O&M teams.
- Validate performance metrics including PUE, WUE, and system reliability KPIs.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, engineering leadership, or similar preferred.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CDCP, ATD (Accredited Tier Designer).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in data center construction, commissioning, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
- Proven delivery of large-scale Tier III+ or hyperscale data centers (50 MW+).
- Experience with HV grid intake (100–400 kV) and campus-scale developments preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of critical data center systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, fire suppression systems, and BMS/SCADA.
- Experience managing EPC / D&B contractors and complex stakeholder environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, IT infrastructure, and security systems.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in English. Finnish is preferable but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel to Vaasa

The role
We are seeking a Channel Partner Manger to lead engagement and growth with our most strategic partners in the Systems Integrator (SI), Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) segments in the DACH and Nordics region. This senior-level role will work hand-in-hand with the Head of Channel and Head of the Region to develop and execute strategies that position Nebius as the partner of choice for these key segments.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing and scaling relationships with SIs, MSPs, and VARs, a strategic mindset and the ability to drive impactful partner enablement programs. This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to shape Nebius’ partner ecosystem and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic partner engagement: Build and deepen relationships with top SIs, MSPs and VARs, ensuring alignment with Nebius’ strategic goals and objectives
- Partner enablement: Design, develop and execute partner enablement programs that equip partners to successfully position and sell Nebius’ GPU IaaS solutions
- Collaboration with leadership: Work closely with Head of Channel and Head of the Region to align on strategic priorities, partner initiatives and business growth opportunities
- Contract negotiation and execution: Partner with team members to negotiate agreements, finalize contracts and ensure smooth implementation of sales enablement initiatives
- Business development: Identify new partnership opportunities within the SI, MSP and VAR segments, driving incremental revenue growth
- Sales alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of partner activities into the broader sales strategy, tracking progress against key metrics
- Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing actionable insights to refine programs and maximize impact
- Travel: up to 25%
We expect you to have:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of DACH and Nordics channel management experience, with a proven track record of working with enterprise-level partners in the SI, MSP, and VAR sectors. Experience working with enterprise customers to scale and drive adoption of cloud-based solutions is essential
- Strong, existing relationships with key SIs, ISVs, and MSPs who have a track record of serving enterprise customers. You should be able to leverage this network to accelerate the growth of Nebius' partner ecosystem
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based solutions, with experience enabling partners to sell complex products (preferably GPU IaaS or similar cloud infrastructure solutions) to enterprise customers
- Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise sales teams and marketing functions to co-create sales strategies, develop marketing materials, and execute joint initiatives that resonate with large-scale enterprise customers
- Ability to develop high-level strategic plans for enterprise channel growth while also diving into the tactical aspects of partner enablement, contract negotiations, and performance tracking
- Experience selling, enabling, and supporting enterprise solutions, particularly in cloud, IaaS, and GPU-based offerings. Comfort in understanding and articulating the technical value of solutions to both technical and business stakeholders within enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and scaling partner ecosystems in an enterprise context
- Ability to present Nebius effectively on presentations, with senior leadership, technical teams, and enterprise partners, ensuring clear and actionable messaging around Nebius’ offerings
- Fluent German and English are a must have
