What is this role about?

As the Head of Collections and Recovery Operations, you will own and continuously optimise Bondora’s multi-market collections and recovery function, ensuring it scales efficiently with portfolio growth while remaining consistent, data-informed, and aligned with risk and financial outcomes.

You will lead the transformation of Collections & Recovery from a locally optimised, execution-heavy setup into a centrally governed, strategy-driven operating model within a hub-and-spoke structure. As Head of Operations Excellence, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and institutionalising world-class operational standards across Bolt’s Rides business.
