About the Portfolio Marketing Team

The Portfolio Marketing team supports AppDirect’s subsidiary Business Units by owning and executing integrated marketing aligned to each BU’s growth priorities. The team exists to build and scale a marketing engine that accelerates growth across subsidiary brands while preserving brand equity and aligning to AppDirect’s vision of simplifying how technology is bought, sold, and managed. Portfolio marketers operate as embedded, BU-focused generalists — accountable for turning strategy into execution across channels and driving measurable business impact. While the team collaborates with Corporate Marketing discipline experts when appropriate, Portfolio Marketing is a distinct function with day-to-day ownership of BU marketing planning, prioritization, and delivery. About You

As a Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary marketing referent for an assigned subsidiary Business Unit — Firstbase. You will translate BU strategy into integrated marketing plans and drive execution that delivers measurable business results.

• Develop and execute integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans
• Own campaign strategy across digital, events, content, and enablement

You are a seasoned project management professional with 2-5 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced telecommunications environments. • Manage simple to complex new telecom installations, moves, and disconnect orders and projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate new service and installation dates with Account Managers, Advisors, Implementation Engineers, customers, and vendors
• Ensure adherence to provisioning guidelines and fundamentals to provide accurate and timely communication with customers
• Develop formal project plans, keeping them current and available to the customer
• Utilize customer facing templates and internal systems to keep customers updated and informed, while maintaining internal tracking databases
• Educate customers on product complexities and properly set customer expectations and continuously evaluate project status, identifying factors that may impact commitments and escalating when needed
• Identify processes and procedures that are no longer effective or efficient and recommend improvements
• Ensure that all clients' milestones and deliverables are met in a timely manner, including time-sensitive moves, new products, multi-carrier and/or multi-product solutions
• Quickly identify errors and provide a plan to overcome the impact while implementing measures to avoid recurrence
• Develop a working knowledge of all products and services being implemented
• Act as a strategic resource for the customer's implementation team
• Assist in maintaining an accurate client inventory
• Manage and update scope of work to minimize scope creep

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in project management;
• 2-3 years of experience in telecommunication technologies including Cable, Data, Internet, SD-WAN and other evolving technologies
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience managing implementations with various carriers including facilities-based and non-facilities-based CLECs, ILECs, and RBOCs; experience with large/national connectivity providers and ISPs highly desirable;
• A fundamental understanding of basic network IP addressing, layer 1 circuit handoffs, and how customers connect to their ISP network;
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) own the outcome of customer success for a book of business/set of accounts.  They form a direct relationship and partnership with customers to uncover and create a shared vision of what success means to a given customer.  They then provide them with timely value propositions and actions to deliver on that value. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting to provide financial insights and guidance to other teams to help inform decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.

• Assist with external financial audits and other due diligence requests.

• Support accounting team’s commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with US GAAP and the Company’s internal controls. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies and help strengthen the internal control environment.

• Perform other special projects and analyses as directed by management.

• Support the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent working experience.

• Direct experience supporting accounting function of US/Europe based international company whether in public accounting or with an international company (1+ years total) strongly desired.

• Experience establishing and optimizing reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels are also required.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision.

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to work ET and/or CT time zones to assist our customers with optimizing their experience with Firstbase. What we're looking for

• 2+ years experience as a Customer Support Specialist in physical goods operations companies, working with logistics carriers and warehouse operations
• BA/BS degree or similar university education
• Ability to work quickly and independently with excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to a broad range of requesters, plus innate follow-up skills
• Experience using Zendesk, Jira and/or other help desk software and remote support tools
• Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies

About You

The Channel Development Representative (CDR) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships within an assigned portfolio of AppDirect advisors, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing advisor satisfaction. This role combines proactive support with strategic sales enablement to foster long-term loyalty and sales growth. Key responsibilities include quoting, serviceability checks, and deal registrations, as well as promoting SPIFFs and other sales incentives. The CDR also plays a critical role in educating advisors on AppDirect's full suite of technology solutions to increase awareness and drive multi-category funnel growth.

• Respond to advisor serviceability and quoting inquiries with speed and accuracy, ensuring the proper providers and products are shown based on the advisors' needs
• Partner with assigned advisor base to promote SPIFFs, sales incentives, and drive awareness of AppDirect’s complete ecosystem of solutions and providers
• Coordinate the involvement of AppDirect personnel, including sales leadership, engineering, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet advisor performance expectations
• Generate new business opportunities by providing product recommendations for upsell
• Develop long-term relationships with advisors, promoting loyalty and trust in AppDirect
• Monitor advisor KPIs & trends to promote other solutions such as Managed services, Energy, AI, Hardware, SaaS, IT Cloud, Sales Desk-as-a-Service, BuiltFirst Marketplace and more
• Promote AppDirect events, webinars, and general news
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic revenue objectives
• Know and understand the different portfolio solutions AppDirect provides

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred
• 2+ years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
• 2+ years of experience working with the telecommunications industry, specifically with a variety of telecom providers (AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Spectrum, Lumen, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of your daily workload and deliver results in a remote work environment
• Advanced knowledge of industry software and hardware terminology and concepts
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively position and contrast competitive solutions to the customer
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Direct experience supporting accounting function of US/Europe based international company whether in public accounting or with an international company (1+ years total) strongly desired.

• Experience establishing and optimizing reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels are also required.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision.

• NetSuite ERP system experience a plus. Advanced knowledge of Excel

Resumen del Rol

El Comprador de Medios será responsable de la ejecución y seguimiento de las compras de medios digitales y de medios tradicionales como radio, televisión y publicidad exterior (OOH). Este rol garantiza la ejecución precisa y oportuna de las campañas, gestiona tareas de ingreso y seguimiento de información, y apoya a planners y directores en la gestión diaria de las operaciones de medios.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Ingresar las órdenes de compra de medios en el sistema, con base en los flowcharts proporcionados por el planner.

• Elaborar y enviar estimaciones a clientes para su aprobación previa a la ejecución.

• Procesar contratos de medios para compras ATL y digitales locales, asegurando la confirmación de recepción por parte de los proveedores.

• Gestionar solicitudes de campañas digitales para su implementación en plataformas.

• Elaborar calendarios de publicaciones y coordinar la entrega oportuna de materiales creativos a cada proveedor de medios.

• Realizar monitoreo semanal de campañas (TV, radio, OOH, cable y digital) para asegurar su alineación con los KPIs establecidos.

• Gestionar cambios, cancelaciones y reprogramaciones de pautas, incluyendo reubicaciones en TV y radio, coordinando directamente con proveedores y siguiendo las indicaciones del planner.

• Ejecutar análisis post-buy, proporcionando información precisa sobre desempeño y ejecución presupuestaria.

• Dar seguimiento al proceso de facturación, incluyendo la conciliación de facturas de proveedores con registros internos y datos del sistema, en apoyo al área de Finanzas.

• Actualizar periódicamente reportes de actividad competitiva utilizando herramientas como Integra Metrics y Admetrics (semanal, mensual y trimestral).

• Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes de audiencias, rankings de medios, mapeo OOH y otros análisis para respaldar al equipo de planificación.

Educación

Graduado o egresado de carreras como Mercadeo, Publicidad, Comunicaciones o afines.

Experiencia

Experiencia en agencias de medios y/o compras. Al menos 1 año.

Role Summary and Impact 

The Planner is responsible for transforming client briefs into integrated, insight-driven media strategies that deliver measurable business impact. This role leads the end-to-end planning process across traditional and digital channels, ensuring data-backed decision-making, strategic alignment, and budget efficiency. The Planner collaborates closely with buyers, internal stakeholders, and clients, playing a key role in campaign design, vendor negotiations, and performance analysis.

• Analyze client briefs and develop strategic media plans aligned with brand objectives and performance KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth audience segmentation and brand persona analysis using data from Nielsen, Ipsos, Integra metrics, Adintel, Tabscan, Ibope, CDI and proprietary sources.
• Negotiate rates and inventory with media vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and delivery against plan.
• Maintain healthy performance benchmarks and monitor the point of diminishing returns in media investments.
• Identify and recommend innovative media opportunities and non-traditional placements that add strategic value.
• Supervise buyers, ensuring proper campaign execution, on-time implementation, and alignment with approved strategies.
• Elevate media performance and spend report developed by Account Executives tying back to campaign objectives and providing clear, strategic insights to clients.
• Lead media flowchart development and ensure budgets, KPIs, and timelines are accurate and consistently updated.
• Forecast investment and media delivery to avoid budget deviations, and coordinate with finance and systems to ensure monthly contracted spend matches execution.
• Support the Account Director in client-facing meetings, and lead presentations when needed to optimize time and team capacity.
• Join activation or integration events to ensure brand message and media strategy are being properly executed.

Skills and Experience

Your Purpose 

The Compliance Officer will help leading the compliance duties in El Salvador to ensure that the company operations and business goals function in a legal and ethical manner. You will be responsible for developing compliance and AML/TF programs, reviewing company policies, advising management on possible risks, and responding to authorities’ inquiries.

This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements set forth by all relevant authorities.

What You Will Do 

• Develop, implement and manage an organization's compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with the federal laws and applicable regulation.
• Prepare policies for identification and knowledge of the Client (KYC). 
• Verify that the company complies with the information and documentation requirements of the authorities.
• Verify that the company complies with the orders of securing or unblocking of accounts or resources related to any AML/TF matters.
• Define the criteria, measures and procedures to be adopted in order to comply with the regulations.
• Develop and review company policies.
• Coordinate with regulators audits and requirements.
• Plan, implement and oversee risk-related programs.
• Regular audits to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
• Create and coordinate proper reporting channels for compliance issues.
• Develop company compliance communications.
• Coordinate and schedule required compliance training for employees.
• Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
