As a PM in Crypto Core, you own one of the most operationally critical systems in Money Movement — responsible for the safe, reliable movement of crypto assets across multiple custody providers and chains, with direct impact on asset integrity, reconciliation, and the experience of millions of users.

This role sits at the intersection of execution and system understanding. You will own day-to-day product execution while building deep knowledge of how the system behaves under scale, failure, and operational stress.
This is not a feature backlog role. It is infrastructure with real financial consequences.

Who You Are 

• Experienced PM: You have 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, with meaningful exposure to fintech, payments, or technical infrastructure. You have a proven track record of delivering under complexity without losing quality.
• Technically Fluent: You don't code, but you are genuinely comfortable reasoning about APIs, asynchronous systems, external integrations, and failure scenarios. You ask "where can this break?" before proposing solutions.

Who You Are

What You Will Do 

• P&L and Business Performance: You will be the ultimate accountable owner for Bitso Business's top-line revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA contribution. This means setting annual and quarterly targets, allocating budget across functions, managing cost discipline, and reporting performance to senior leadership and the board where relevant.
• Go-to-Market (Sales & Account Management): You will lead the commercial engine of Bitso Business — both hunting for new logos and deeply expanding existing relationships. • You are proficient in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) and can communicate complex regulatory and technological concepts to several stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

What You Will Do 

• Support the day-to-day execution of Bitso's global AI and privacy compliance programme across Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and Gibraltar.
• Implement privacy tools, review and respond to data subject rights requests (ARCO rights) on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with applicable legal deadlines in each jurisdiction.
