About You
The Channel Development Representative (CDR) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships within an assigned portfolio of AppDirect advisors, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing advisor satisfaction. This role combines proactive support with strategic sales enablement to foster long-term loyalty and sales growth. Key responsibilities include quoting, serviceability checks, and deal registrations, as well as promoting SPIFFs and other sales incentives. The CDR also plays a critical role in educating advisors on AppDirect's full suite of technology solutions to increase awareness and drive multi-category funnel growth.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Contractor) to join our dynamic Engineering team. Resumen del Rol
El Comprador de Medios será responsable de la ejecución y seguimiento de las compras de medios digitales y de medios tradicionales como radio, televisión y publicidad exterior (OOH). Este rol garantiza la ejecución precisa y oportuna de las campañas, gestiona tareas de ingreso y seguimiento de información, y apoya a planners y directores en la gestión diaria de las operaciones de medios.
Responsabilidades Principales:
Ingresar las órdenes de compra de medios en el sistema, con base en los flowcharts proporcionados por el planner.
Elaborar y enviar estimaciones a clientes para su aprobación previa a la ejecución.
Procesar contratos de medios para compras ATL y digitales locales, asegurando la confirmación de recepción por parte de los proveedores.
Gestionar solicitudes de campañas digitales para su implementación en plataformas.
Elaborar calendarios de publicaciones y coordinar la entrega oportuna de materiales creativos a cada proveedor de medios.
Realizar monitoreo semanal de campañas (TV, radio, OOH, cable y digital) para asegurar su alineación con los KPIs establecidos.
Gestionar cambios, cancelaciones y reprogramaciones de pautas, incluyendo reubicaciones en TV y radio, coordinando directamente con proveedores y siguiendo las indicaciones del planner.
Ejecutar análisis post-buy, proporcionando información precisa sobre desempeño y ejecución presupuestaria.
Dar seguimiento al proceso de facturación, incluyendo la conciliación de facturas de proveedores con registros internos y datos del sistema, en apoyo al área de Finanzas.
Actualizar periódicamente reportes de actividad competitiva utilizando herramientas como Integra Metrics y Admetrics (semanal, mensual y trimestral).
Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes de audiencias, rankings de medios, mapeo OOH y otros análisis para respaldar al equipo de planificación.
Educación
Graduado o egresado de carreras como Mercadeo, Publicidad, Comunicaciones o afines.
Experiencia
Experiencia en agencias de medios y/o compras. Al menos 1 año.
Otros conocimientos
Manejo intermedio avanzado en Microsoft Excel y Power Point.

Comunicación clara y asertiva, habilidad para trabajar en equipos colaborativos

Your Purpose
The Compliance Officer will help leading the compliance duties in El Salvador to ensure that the company operations and business goals function in a legal and ethical manner. You will be responsible for developing compliance and AML/TF programs, reviewing company policies, advising management on possible risks, and responding to authorities’ inquiries.
This role is critical in ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements set forth by all relevant authorities.
This position is on-site, so the candidate will need to be physically present in El Salvador.
