Job Summary:  

As a Creative Artworker at Real Chemistry you will use your experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design, artwork and print challenges to the complete satisfaction of a range of clients within the medical space.  

Responsibilities: 

• Bring creative flair to design briefs of all scales, actively participating in brainstorming  
  sessions and developing creative solutions through to final artwork 

• Present design solutions to the Art Director/Creative Director for approval before delivering to clients 

• Collaborate with account managers, medical writers and senior creatives to deliver and maintain consistently high creative standards across digital, print, large-scale and event assets 

• Artworking and adaptation of existing designs across formats, ensuring all work meets brand guidelines, accessibility requirements and compliance standards 

• Ensure typography, layout and Photoshop/retouching output is of the highest standard, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in everything 

• Check all artwork is built to the correct spec (size, colours, software) and that all client amends and corrections are executed and checked before sign-off 

• Question the brief where necessary and use your experience to identify and resolve design, artwork and print challenges 

• Ensure all deadlines are met, communicating proactively with the Resource Manager on any timing issues 

• Stay at the forefront of relevant software, training and new technology to continually improve department throughput 

Required Skills & Experience:  

• Hands-on artwork experience, including large format/exhibition artwork 

• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills – particularly in InDesign/ Illustrator/ Photoshop, Figma 

• PowerPoint experience would be useful 

• Some knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Additional knowledge of 3D, Motion Graphics, Video editing software,  

• Experience in AI tools – CoPilot, Firefly a plus

The Role

While officially "Edinburgh hybrid," there is no fixed weekly office requirement. We are looking for someone within a reasonable commute for ad-hoc visits to collaborate with the team in person.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the R&D Operations (R&D Ops) team at Addepar. R&D Ops serves as an internal shared services team for coordinating, supporting, and optimizing how teams work within the R&D organization. The team’s mandate includes the following: 

• Operationalize standards for the efficient execution of Initiative management
• Streamline the process for how work gets into the R&D Planning pipeline to lay the path for OKR fulfillment
• Provide guidance and governance on best practices for teams through standards and processes
• Surface R&D data in analysis and reporting 
• Administer configuration of systems operations utilized by the R&D organization

This Staff TPM will play a critical role in leading large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional R&D initiatives within our Product and Engineering teams. You will lead all aspects of programs and coordinate the work to be executed by the project team to ensure milestones are delivered and will surface and drive resolution to issues and blockers by clarifying assumptions. You will lead with a risk-based approach to initiative management by enabling R&D teams to manage their own risks. You will provide analytical insight and foresight to help shape long-term strategy, and drive planning and prioritization for R&D teams. You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide transparency, manage escalations, and drive business outcomes.

Job Summary:

Real Chemistry is looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team!

As an Account Manager, you will act as the key day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and taking responsibility for the delivery of several medium-sized projects. As a captain, you will be responsible for managing the execution of parallel ongoing projects and take an active role in coaching your junior team and ensuring projects are delivered effectively alongside the account lead.

What you’ll do:

Client delivery

• Act as day-to-day client contact: provide regular status updates to your client; respond to client queries and share recommendations (following discussion with your account lead); manage client expectations on timelines, scope of project, etc.; take client briefs and clearly communicate to team members, implementing realistic project plans

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your account, including managing the processes of the account (including running regular internal team meetings), flow of work (review content developed by more junior team members), delegation of tasks (oversee status reports to ensure all team actions are complete) and the status of jobs across the account (not just your own)

We’re growing our Market Making Engineering team that works on some of the coolest software in the industry - the systems that quote, price, and manage risk in real time for high-volume, high-velocity sports markets. This work spans the full RFQ/quote lifecycle (request → quote → accept → outcome) in low-latency, event-driven services. The team you will join works with quantitative analysts and trading/risk stakeholders to implement and run market making strategies, while proactively identifying opportunities for technical innovation within the Risk and Trading organization. Our stakeholders are the people who establish prices and manage risk for the #1 sports book in America!

As a Senior Software Engineer within FanDuel’s Market Making Technology team, you will be an essential part of a cross functional agile team that directly impacts our business. You will work collaboratively with a team to implement creative, high-quality solutions, scope effort and timelines, and balance priorities of our stakeholders and engineering needs. This team will work closely to deliver exceptionally high-quality software, while taking pride and ownership in testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining that software. Our engineers own every part of the software delivery lifecycle.  

You will work directly with quantitative analysts at FanDuel to improve our market making capabilities. You will be a domain expert on strategy implementation (quoting/decision logic) and how that fits into the larger Risk and Trading landscape — including real-time risk controls, execution outcomes, and performance measurement. You will help ensure robust guardrails (limits, throttles, kill switch) and high-fidelity decision logging so strategies can be debugged, replayed, and improved (e.g., quote ratio, win rate, expected vs realized margin). You will go beyond the software developer role, and will be called upon to identify opportunities yourself in the quantitative space to innovate through technology.

The Program

Being a part of the AddeGrad Program, you will be working on meaningful projects that you can feel proud of while building your career for future advancement. The Role

We are currently seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join our Services Team! Client Solutions Analysts are responsible for designing and implementing Addepar for new clients. They are passionate about identifying how Addepar can unlock significant value for clients’ businesses and regularly call upon their analytical and consulting skills in order to advise clients on how to model and examine their financial instruments and assets. Client Solutions Analysts have a deep understanding of both finance and technology and take ownership of clients’ success.

Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to provide an outstanding client experience directly in investment management or in software deployments of a related domain; they are expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Addepar resources within our Sales, Product, and Partnership organizations. They must have a deep understanding of our target markets (or a hunger and willingness to learn). Ideal candidates are passionate about understanding our client's needs and taking a hands-on approach to solving problems.

In this role, you will lead the design and oversight for new clients onboarding to the Addepar platform, ensuring that we’re developing the best solutions to fit their unique and complex requirements. We’re hiring a Product Manager to drive Authorize, a key product solution of Ping Identity focused on the future of authorization. You’ll help shape how people and AI Agents securely access resources.

You’ll work on one of the most exciting fields in digital identity: dynamic authorization. Ping’s Authorize solution is already in the market and rapidly gaining traction with global enterprises. The rapid rise of Agentic AI has accelerated interest and focus in this domain. You’ll partner with a team that moves fast, listens closely, and obsesses over user value. 

The Product Manager role is an important part of Ping Identity’s worldwide go to market strategy for our products. You will report to the Group Product Manager for Authorization. You will contribute to and implement the product strategy by leading on all execution activities, creating product requirements, coordinating backlogs and owning the roadmap. You will be a close partner with both sales and engineering, acting as the voice of the customer for engineering, and providing insight and guidance on use cases to the field.

The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager who is, first and foremost, a people leader.

In this role, your primary responsibility is the health, performance, and career growth of your engineering team. While you must possess a solid technical background to understand the challenges your team faces, your day-to-day focus will not be hands-on technical work. Instead, you will use your experience to remove blockers, guide decision-making, and ensure your engineers have the environment they need to succeed.

You will act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, team budget management, defining roadmaps, and ensuring operational excellence across a complex hybrid (predominantly on-prem and some cloud) estate.

The Team You Will Lead 

You will lead the Infrastructure Solutions team within the wider Technical Operations department. Your engineers are responsible for building the environment, delivering projects as requested by Engineering and Product, and ensuring we remain available, scalable, and secure. They are not responsible for the BAU function of the platforms that is managed by another team within Technical Operations. The Infrastructure Solutions team takes a concept or idea and makes that into a reality within the boundaries and constraints of our platforms. 

You will be managing a team of engineers who individually possess experience in:

• On-Premise Linux systems, Container solutions, Debian packaging, Ansible, data streaming and queuing technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Advanced database management knowledge (MySQL, Postgres) in replicated environments.
• Physical Network management, with an on-prem estate that is Juniper focused. 
• Cloud environments: GCP and AWS
• Platform engineer focused on building, maintaining and supporting an Internal Developer Platform (CI/CD)
