The Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (“ARC”) Initiatives team at MongoDB owns the strategy, governance, and delivery of our most critical cross-functional risk and compliance initiatives. The Policy Program Manager is a mid-to-senior level individual contributor role responsible for leading the development and operationalization of policies and procedures aligned to established control frameworks. You will drive end-to-end ownership of policy lifecycle management, from drafting and review through implementation and ongoing maintenance, while coordinating inputs across teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adoption. Additionally, you will lead documentation standardization efforts, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and perform gap analyses to continuously strengthen and mature our ARC policy framework.

We are currently in search of an experienced Clinical Manager for our Baltimore, MD location. The Clinical Manager at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all of its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is ultimately responsible for the daily administration and supervision of Kolmac-CCG delivery of clinical services. This includes staffing all programs, as well as the training and development of all clinical staff. The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Addictions Counselors have a foundation that will allow them to perform all responsibilities of their position. The Clinical Manager in partnership with the Executive Director is responsible for managing Key Performance Indicators.
This individual provides oversight and authority for ensuring compliance with Kolmac/CCG policies and procedures. The Clinical Manager has responsibility for the long and short-term planning, program evaluation, and compliance with federal, state, local, and independent regulatory statutes.

Partner with the Executive Director on staffing processes including interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Conduct regular 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and feedback sessions that inspire growth and accountability.
Address performance issues with professionalism, compassion, and alignment to company values.
Create a supportive, high-performing team culture where clinicians feel valued, motivated, and connected to their purpose.
Ensure adherence to CCG's evidence-based, harm-reduction, and recovery-oriented care model.
Provide ongoing training and coaching in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Observe groups and sessions to ensure clinical standards are met and continuously improved.
Safeguard the integrity of clinical documentation and compliance with all policies and regulations.
Monitor and drive clinical outcome KPIs such as patient retention, program completion, clinical outcomes, and average length of stay.

Review and approve timecards, reports, and documentation to maintain operational excellence.
Collaborate with the compliance team to maintain CARF and state regulatory readiness.

The EHS Supervisor holds responsibility for the enforcement of the Home Chef Safety, Health, and Environmental (EH&S) policies for all departments and all employees in the plant.

A Production Lead is responsible for guiding a line or table of production associates during portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping. They will lead, direct, guide and train assigned production employees.

A Production Lead is scheduled to begin their shift prior to the start of production and is responsible for obtaining their production plan and targets for the day from the supervisor and setting up the portioning tables, meal bagging tables, and/or shipping line
