We are looking for a Senior Developer Advocate to join our Developer Relations team. In this role, you will focus on engaging SMB customers to help accelerate their success on Atlas and unlock the full potential of the document model, creating inspiring resources and content, and collaborating with a global team of skilled Developer Advocates.
You will empower developers—from startups to fast growing SMBs—to integrate advanced data capabilities into their applications and solutions. Candidate Profile
At the foundation of your passion and expertise is a love to equip others. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a developer, support, or solutions role. They will have 5+ total years of experience through any combination of builder role (such as data scientist or developer), educator role (such as developer advocate or developer educator), or customer-facing role (such as solution architect).
You are an effective teacher who can explain complex topics in a simple and easy-to-understand way. You will also develop a strong understanding of MongoDB's core capabilities, data modeling, and emerging trends in our industry. You will guide users to discover the increasing capabilities of our platform including Vector Search and Voyage AI.
Though the expertise you bring will be unique, our team is built to work together to share knowledge and help each other grow. You will work with your peers and with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics, etc) at all levels, asynchronously and across time zones, supporting peer reviews of code, demos, sessions, and other content. You should have a genuine passion for equipping other developers to be more productive and successful.
Position Expectations
- Develop an expertise understanding of core MongoDB database functionality and Atlas features such as Search, Vector Search, Data Federation, Online Archive, and Streaming
- Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and design reviews for both general audiences as well as for specific customers in order to enable their creation of MongoDB document schemas for their specific workloads
- Communicate insights gathered from developer engagement, through code and content, to inform team members and enable other developers
- Create technical content to evangelize and educate developers across various formats and channels
- Deliver virtual and in-person developer enablement sessions to audiences of up to 400 developers
Requirements
- Experience in creating effective developer-focused code and content
- At least 5 years of experience in both customer-facing and developer-centric roles such as Technical Support, Solutions Architecture, Developer Relations, working with development teams in the design of high performance, scalable database implementations
- At least 3 years of experience (or the equivalent) of consulting with development teams as a non-member of the team
- Proficiency with at least one of the languages most popular with our customers (Java, Python, Javascript)
Familiarity with 2 or more of the languages popular with our customers (Java, Python, Javascript or Typescript, C#, Rust, PHP) - Strong presentation skills (both in-person and virtually), with ability in conducting live streams, and public speaking at events
- Written and spoken English language proficiency
- Ability and willingness to travel (up to 10%) primarily within the UK, Europe, and attend team meetings.
- Ability and willingness to shift working schedule to accommodate overlap with US or Asia timezones
- Experience specifically with MongoDB or similar NoSQL/document databases is a plus.

Join Wilson Hartnell PR's dynamic Consumer PR team as an Account Manager. This fast paced, varied role demands a culturally astute individual with strong social savvy and deep knowledge of various PR and social platforms, and content creators. You will run busy press offices, devise global and local brand initiatives, and activate impactful social media programmes. We seek someone who excels in a stimulating environment, thrives on a story first approach, and breaks traditional PR barriers to create best in class campaigns. You will also be adept at leveraging brand talent: ambassadors, celebrities, and influencer partners, demonstrating how strategic PR, social, and influence drive impactful client results and business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive strategy through a deep understanding of consumer culture, media trends, and data-led research, leveraging WPP AI tools for enhanced insights.
- Develop and activate cutting-edge social media initiatives, diverse content, and effectively engage brand talent, including influencers and ambassadors.
- Orchestrate and execute integrated communication programmes, encompassing proactive media relations and comprehensive press office management for consumer and lifestyle media.
- Confidently draft essential written materials (e.g. press releases, quotes) and support in crafting compelling presentations (e.g. global & local toolkits, campaign decks).
- Skilfully manage a variety of client activities (events, content shoots, press trips), ensuring proactive task completion, efficient budget oversight, and effective communication across all levels.
- Cultivate strong client relationships as a trusted contact, actively contributing to new business acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven PR agency experience, especially in consumer, lifestyle, culture, or entertainment sectors.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z trends and cultural movements.
- Demonstrable talent for crafting compelling written content and communication tools.
- Strong media relations track record, with an interest in evolving media and publishers.
- Familiarity with key digital tools, such as influencer marketing platforms and social listening suites (e.g. Brandwatch, Talkwalker).
- Expertise in core social media platforms and their strategic management, including Meta Business/Ads Manager, TikTok for Business tools, YouTube Studio/ad platforms, and LinkedIn Campaign Manage.
- Track record in conceiving and managing integrated paid, owned, and earned campaigns across social media.
- Practical experience or aptitude for AI tools in PR, particularly Open AI platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the cultural and lifestyle media landscape.
- Exceptional organisational skills, detail-orientation, and project management ability.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to task prioritisation and multi-tasking.
- Proficiency in measurement, evaluation, and KPI assessment to demonstrate impact.

Les tenants et les aboutissants du rôle de représentant
En tant que représentant de PUM, vous travaillez en free-lance 1 à 2 jours par semaine et recevez une indemnité de 100 euros par mois ainsi qu'une commission de performance de 400 euros par projet réalisé (conseils sur place ou à distance). Nous donnons la préférence aux personnes prêtes à s'engager pour une durée maximale de 4 ans. A self-motivated EMEA Marketing Manager required to lead and execute regional marketing strategy and initiatives across our EMEA portfolio. This role requires a strong strategic thinker with excellent execution experience and one who thrives in a hyper growth environment. Candidate Profile
- 5–8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within data centers, digital infrastructure, cloud, or B2B technology. Whilst other industries considered

- Account-based marketing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
