We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Detroit, MI, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more.  

Pay: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($24,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions)

Primary Responsibilities

• Territory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

• Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems!

• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-­to­-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions.

• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.

• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

• Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement.
• Assists with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.

Skills & Qualifications 

• First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record

• Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B  is sales preferred, but not required (if you’re a born salesperson, we’ll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)

Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a high-velocity Regional Manager to lead our Michigan operations. This is a critical leadership role overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes our flagship commercial assets and five essential airport parking and transportation hubs for Michigan State. Job Overview 

The Strategic Account Manager will serve as the main business contact and resource for existing Restaurant owners within a defined region, meeting on a regular basis to review reporting, and address any concerns. This role reports to the Regional Sales Managers. As part of the sales team, the Strategic Account Manager’s main responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction, retention, contract renewals and conduct up-sell conversations to communicate how RN’s products and services add value to their business and provide incremental revenue growth.  

What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)  

• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify accounts slated for renewal and opportunities for upsell. 
• Consistent and effective management of current clients to reduce attrition.  
• Conduct welcome appointments, engage with clients first hand, ensure a smooth onboarding to RN’s platform.   
• Contact existing clients to qualify them for merchant cash advance products, meeting monthly targets. 
• Build meaningful relationships with Account Executives to help retain, renew, and/or upsell clients. 
• Confirm business information provided and viewed on our websites is accurate and up-to-date, working with our internal Client Content team to resolve issues. 
• Review business intelligence reporting tools and provide insights and implications to clients as well as consult on possible solutions/ideas to grow their business or address challenges. 
• Spend significant time in the field within assigned geography, visiting with at least 12 restaurants/clubs/bars per week for business review meetings. 

Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)  

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) and 3-5 years of related Account Management experience; or Associates degree and 2 years of related Account Management experience required. Bachelors Degree is preferred. 
• Previous Account Management, Customer/Client service experience is required.
• Previous experience delivering client service with a focus on high-touch customer service; strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.  
• Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce; AS400 system preferred but not required.
• Technical proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

What You’ll Do 

As a Sr. Network Engagement Partner, you will own the external Provider and Network relationships (PCP’s, Nephrologists, Hospitals, etc) in markets that Strive is contracted to deliver services. In this role, the Sr. Network Engagement Partner will be responsible for establishing and growing relationships with provider groups as Strive launches new markets. This highly critical role ensures our highly vulnerable chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients have the highest level of quality and continuity of care. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Network Engagement.

The Day to Day 

• Establishes consistent and strong relationships with provider groups utilizing an account management approach and completes provider orientation for all applicable product lines to educate, resolve issues, and educate staff/providers.    
• Analyzes and interprets various forms of utilization, claims, demographics, and other data to outline, together with the market directors, a network and provider outreach strategy for assigned markets. 
• Based on data analysis, establishes relationships with provider groups in the community to support targeted initiatives that will reduce the total cost of care for our patients. 
• Reviews data and reporting with provider groups in assigned markets, with a focus on continuous process improvement for operational and clinical outcomes. 
• Collaborates with Strive business development team to identify new opportunities for partnership with providers in assigned markets. 
• Drives performance of portfolio of practices, including meeting targets for engagement, quality of care and utilization. Performance management may include sharing insights with practices, supporting new clinical workflows and supporting practice usage of available tools and technology.

The Manager of Transaction Management oversees all real estate transactions for House Buyers of America, managing both acquisition and disposition deals from contract through closing. This is a hands-on, player/coach role responsible for leading the transaction team while managing a personal pipeline in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires strong ownership, assertiveness, and the ability to solve complex transaction problems. • Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement
• Supervise, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators / Settlement Processors
• Establish, track, and manage KPIs for all team members
• Hire, supervise, train and mentor Transaction Coordinators
• Develop and update all policies and procedures, including creating video and written training documents
• Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed
• Personally manage a portfolio of transactions while reviewing teamwork for accuracy and timelines

• Request loans for new acquisitions and coordinate with lenders

• Assist with market expansion efforts, including sourcing and managing title company relationships and 3rd party brokers
