This detail-oriented Finance Administrator supports the financial operations of The Detroit Lions, Inc. and DLI Properties, LLC. This role is integral to maintaining efficient day-to-day finance functions while also providing administrative workflow management support across a lean, collaborative department. The Finance Administrator is adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable contributing across both accounting and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate payroll, compensation, and expense accounting while partnering closely with teams across the company. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision, and wants to make a meaningful impact as the business scales.

As part of our shared services finance team supporting both Shinola and Filson, this role contributes to the strength and integrity of our financial operations. Each team member plays an active part in shaping the success of our brands by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in execution.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Controller is responsible for leading all financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, period-end close activities, tax-related and audit interactions across multiple subsidiaries under the Bedrock Manufacturing platform (including Shinola and Filson).
This role directly oversees the Accounting Manager and their team, the AP/AR Manager and specialists, the Cost Accountant, and partners with an external group for Tax. The Controller will collaborate closely with the CFO and with other senior leaders across both brands to ensure accuracy, transparency, and strategic alignment of all financial operations.
We are seeking a high-integrity, high-energy leader with strong technical accounting expertise and a passion for developing teams. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and challenges the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
