The Property Administrator position provides first-class property management services and assists the Property Management team with day-to-day responsibilities including accounts receivable & accounts payable, office administration, customer service, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the tenants, ensuring that tenant issues and needs are responded to and resolved by the appropriate individual, department, or service.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Relations & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and the Property Management team.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and coordinate service requests to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Conduct regular tenant check-ins and organize annual meetings to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain and update tenant contact lists, welcome packages, and tenant handbooks.
- Assist with community outreach programs, tenant recognition initiatives, and wellness partnerships.
Event Planning & Marketing
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tenant events, including ideation, budgeting, logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Create promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media posts using platforms like Canva and Mailchimp.
- Manage property communication tools, ensuring updates to the property website, Angus portal, and event calendars.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials such as the amenity guide, tenant discount program, and newsletters.
- Track attendance and feedback for all tenant events to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Administrative & Office Operations
- Welcome visitors to the management office and address inquiries professionally.
- Monitor and order office supplies and coordinate repairs of office equipment.
- Maintain tenant certificates of insurance, contracts, and property documentation for Denver Place.
- Support the Senior Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Chief Engineer with administrative tasks as needed.
Accounting & Financial Support
- Process invoices in Nexus for Denver Place, ensuring accurate budget coding and timely payments.
- Track and bill tenant work orders and prepare miscellaneous charge statements.
- Follow up with tenants regarding unpaid rent or outstanding balances.
- Assist with financial record-keeping and reporting related to property operations and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, marketing, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and property management systems such as Angus and Nexus.
- Experience with social media marketing and tools like Mailchimp and Canva.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Base Salary Range:
$65,000 - $70,000 per year.
Other Compensation:
This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Senior PLM Administrator, Configuration Management

YOUR MISSION
True Anomaly is looking for you, a creative and experienced Senior PLM/CM Administrator that desires to be a hands-on technical expert responsible for the stability, configuration, and advanced support of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform. This role serves as the functional and technical lead for Teamcenter operations, driving system improvements, and supporting complex business processes. As this team grows, someone that hungers to mentor junior PLM staff will be critical to this teams success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary technical owner for Teamcenter administration, CAD and configuration
- Configure and maintain items, revisions, BOMs, datasets, lifecycles, workflows, and access controls as well as standard parts libraries, document and drawing
- Extensive experience with Microsoft office suite and strong ability to clean and format documents (table of contents, figures, hyperlinks ect.)
- Management processes (ECR/ECO/ECN) and release workflows
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across product structures and lifecycle states
- Define and enforce PLM standards, best practices, and data models
- Act as the highest level of PLM support for complex issues and root-cause analysis
- Support and troubleshoot CAD and CAD integrations (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA, Creo)
- Coordinate with Siemens GTAC or external partners for advanced issue resolution
- Lead testing, validation, and deployment for Teamcenter upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Support or lead PLM improvement initiatives, including new module adoption and process optimization and Collaborate/support IT on ERP and downstream integrations
- Serve as a technical mentor to junior PLM administrators
- Provide guidance and best practices to program, engineering and manufacturing stakeholders
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and SOPs
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent with 7-10 years of experience in PLM administration or configuration management
- Strong expertise in PLM concepts, BOM management, and change control
- Experience with Teamcenter configuration tools (BMIDE, preferences, workflows)
- Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Strong time management/delegation skills with ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter administration experience
- Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace configuration and deployment
- Exposure to Teamcenter architecture (2-tier / 4-tier) and system performance considerations
- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, or large-scale implementations
- Basic knowledge of ITK, SOA, or scripting
- Experience in regulated or complex manufacturing environments (automotive, aerospace, industrial, medical devices)
- Experienced in leading configuration activities using BMIDE, preferences, and business rules
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $125,000 - $195,000

YOUR MISSION
True Anomaly is looking for you, a creative PLM/CM Administrator that desires to be a hands-on administrator supporting the stability, configuration, and advanced support of the Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform. This role provides support to the Senior PLM/CM Administrator and assists with driving system improvements, supporting complex business processes and actively engages/supports day to day configuration management activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-level support for Teamcenter users (account issues, access requests, basic troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of starting workflows in PLM/CM software (Teamcenter, windchill, Enovia or similar).
- Assist with user onboarding, role assignments, and training coordination
- Support BOM maintenance, item creation, and revision management
- Ability to monitor and maintain change workflows and lifecycle states
- Perform data cleanup and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Experience with or knowledge of creating standard parts libraries, documents, and drawing templates
- Experience with Microsoft office suite and understanding of document formatting features (table of contents, figures, hyperlinks ect.)
- Assist senior admins with testing, upgrades, and enhancements
- Document procedures and support knowledge base updates
- Desire for hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in PLM administration, configuration management, CAD design, or related field
- Basic understanding of engineering data, BOMs, and change management
- Willingness to learn Teamcenter configuration and best practices
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, IT, or related field and 0 –2 years of experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred – partial college course work considered)
- Exposure to Teamcenter Active Workspace
- Experience supporting engineering users or CAD tools
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset
- Experience with additive manufacturing workflows
- CAD design/modeling experience using SolidWorks, Creo, Catia or similar; NX preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in high-pace development program with multiple projects/programs running concurrently.
- Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $130,000
