PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. The General Manager is responsible for leading through PharmaCann’s mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. The GM leads a team of dispensary managers who specialize in DOR’s (division of responsibility) and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned). This leader drives the business through a DOR focus on Hospitality (customer service, sales training, product knowledge, loyalty and leadership development), Product (visual presentation, product performance and promotions), and Operations (receiving orders, policy and procedures, expense control, compliance, and loss prevention). This position requires a passion for process excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and influence. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store and has full P&L responsibility. The GM is responsible for responding to business needs and strategizing around business trends in order to drive profitable top line sales growth. The General Manager must also have experience in assessing, recruiting and screening talent.

EverPass is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to own the build-out of our Approved Developer ecosystem for AV control systems. This role is the primary driver for enabling AV control system partners to develop high-quality integrations with EverPass — and for getting those integrations published and available to customers through official vendor storefronts, or key product platform features. You will manage the full lifecycle from partner intake through storefront launch, coordinating across Product, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to hit hard external deadlines.
This is a senior, cross-functional ownership role. You will be the point person for relationships with enterprise AV vendors (i.e. Crestron, RTI, SAVI, and others) and their developer and partnership programs, and you will drive the legal, marketing, and technical workstreams required to place EverPass on each platform's official store, or within their platform. You will own all key partner relationships and create an EverPass developer ecosystem.

Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. About The Role:
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, build out centralized procurement processes and systems, and own vendor relationships with Urban Sky’s key suppliers. In this role you will partner deeply with the critical suppliers whose materials, components, and capabilities directly impact our product quality, production timelines, and mission readiness, while designing the procurement processes and systems needed to scale the function. YOUR MISSION
True Anomaly operates across Azure, AWS, their GovCloud variants, on-premises facilities, classified environments, and customer-deployed infrastructure. As Senior Manager of Infrastructure Engineering, you will own the compute platform that ties all of it together: Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and the government-accredited environments that the company deploys into. Your team will grow initially to 6 then further as the company breaks out dedicated subteams for SRE, network engineering, developer productivity, and incident management. The infrastructure you build will serve every program in the company, directly displace subcontractor engagements that currently cost millions per program, and form the foundation of True Anomaly’s accredited compute platform. The base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $160,000 annually. Compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for performance-based bonus and equity, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Scalability team as a Senior Scalability Engineer focused on observability platform development and engineering productivity. In this role, you will define, own, and build Judi Health's organization-wide observability strategy, tooling, and platform products. Beyond maintaining infrastructure, you'll architect and develop a custom observability platform that gives engineering teams powerful, fast, and cost-effective visibility into every layer of our infrastructure—from application logs and metrics to distributed traces. This position has a preference for Montana-based candidates; strongly qualified candidates will be considered in other Basecamp locations.
onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $119,000 and $140,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and an annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to build, lead, and mature two distinct but interconnected lines of effort: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Third-Party Vendor Risk Management (TPVRM). This is a foundational leadership role for a seasoned risk professional who thrives in fast-moving, mission-critical environments and understands the unique demands of operating at the intersection of defense, aerospace, and commercial SaaS.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience navigating regulated government environments—including RMF, DoD IL5/IL6, and CMMC—and is fluent in industry-standard risk quantification and assessment methodologies such as FAIR (Factor Analysis of Information Risk) and OCTAVE (Operationally Critical Threat, Asset, and Vulnerability Evaluation). They pair that expertise with a startup mindset that enables them to build programs from the ground up, not just maintain inherited ones. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, security, legal, compliance, product, and executive leadership to identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate risk across the enterprise and its extended supply chain.
