As a One Medical Medical Assistant, internally knowns as a Lab Services Specialist, at one of our offices presently focused on our Senior Health member population (age 65+), you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. Reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating closely with our diverse team of providers and administrative assistants, you’ll be an integral part of our patient’s primary care team both on a local office level and as a part of your larger district. You’ll utilize the highest quality standards to perform specimen collections and processing, while providing a personalized and calming experience for our patients. About the Role:
We are building AI-powered, agentic workflows to transform how service operations scale, resolve customer needs, and maintain quality in high-stakes environments. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will own the end-to-end design and performance of these workflows in production — where models, tools, data, and human judgment come together to deliver outcomes. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). We’re hiring a Principal Product Designer to lead AI design across Gusto.
This is one of the most senior individual contributor design roles at the company. Compensation
The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000. Role Summary
This dual-role position supports both day-to-day IVF laboratory operations and tissue bank coordination. You will play a key role in maintaining lab organization, managing inventory, coordinating the transport of reproductive tissue (eggs, sperm, embryos), and ensuring accurate data entry.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite position (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day) with rotating weekend and holiday responsibilities.
The base salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 annually. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
