Your Mission:
This FP&A position is a critical and highly visible role within the Iterable finance team that performs integrated analysis and consolidation to support department and company-wide planning, forecasting and performance reporting processes. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role will partner with Research & Development (R&D) to support the company’s strategic objectives while keeping costs predictable. Your goal is to develop a deep understanding of links between our SaaS platform’s technical components and their financial costs to lead short and long-term forecasting of platform investments, technical development costs and partner directly with the CTO and head of product to align financial and development targets.
The successful candidate will specifically demonstrate a strong aptitude for interpreting, analyzing, and communicating complex business issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail are critical. This position offers multiple opportunities to showcase analytical skills.
The core functions of the role include supporting the annual operating plan, fine tuning live forecast, contingent scenario planning, long-range planning, and month-end reporting processes while ensuring we maintain flexibility and continuously support the strategic objectives of Iterable.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $112,000 - $175,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.

We are seeking an Actuarial Manager to support financial oversight and analytics for value-based care programs, with a primary focus on CKCC populations. This role will lead monthly financial reporting, support IBNR reserving, and partner cross-functionally to evaluate performance drivers and inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical actuarial skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
Essential Functions
Annual Salary Range: $99,000 - $149,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10%

Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance PMO and Operations, with a specialized focus on FP&A. Duties/Responsibilities:
Financial Management
· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close
· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
· Partner with Legal and Client Finance to review client contractual terms and scopes of work to ensure appropriate accounting of revenue recognition methodology
· Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition, including client retainers, project-based fees, and media commissions
· Responsible for managing the month-end closing activities, including variance analysis and monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
· Ensure accruals/reserves are sufficient and review of spend for correctness and appropriateness of classification.
· Oversee and manage the balance sheet, including account reconciliations. Monitor risks associated with ageing balances for A/R, A/P, unbilled media and other key accounts. Advise of provision requirements as necessary.
· Oversee client billing processes, including media billing, pass-through costs, and reconciliations
· Ensure compliance with match pay and sequential liability
· Manage and track cash balances, including reconciliation of client and agency cash balances on a monthly basis
· Work closely with Human Resources to ensure payroll and benefits are accurate and paid timely.
Compliance & Controls
· Develop and implement policies/procedures in support of and consistent with Company Objectives.
· Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets
· Ensure compliance with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements
· Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
· Manage annual audit with external audit firm
· Responsible for maintaining a relationship with the Company’s lending bank, including the management and review quarterly bank covenant calculations
Systems & Process Improvement
· Own and optimize financial systems and tools (ERP, billing systems, time tracking, etc.)
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial processes
· Support system implementations or upgrades as the agency grows
Leadership & Collaboration
· Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performing finance team
· Collaborate closely with leadership, operations, media, and client service teams
· Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership
Required Skills/Abilities
