What The Role Is
We're looking for a Director of Social and Influencer Marketing. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and content — responsible for upleveling how Babylist shows up across social channels, how we build and sustain creator relationships at scale, and how we translate social attention into trust, advocacy, and measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Brand and Media, you will expand on our current social and influencer strategy and manage our social team. This role will lead creator strategy, strengthen community engagement, and continue elevating the quality and impact of our content.
We’re looking for a leader who can sharpen strategic focus, deepen community connection, and raise the bar creatively. You must have strong creative instinct and editorial judgment, paired with the analytical rigor to understand what’s working and scale it. In this role, you are the person who makes data work in practice. You move fluidly between messy source systems and production-ready pipelines, and you do it fast. You'll work directly alongside AI engineers and product managers to scope data requirements, diagnose quality issues, and build the data foundations that AI systems depend on. Client-facing moments come with the territory. You'll need to ask sharp questions, explain what you're seeing in plain language, and earn trust quickly.
This is not a role for someone who needs clean handoffs and stable requirements. The data is complicated, the timelines are short, and the problems change. If that sounds like the environment where you do your best work, this is the role.
This is a high-velocity environment. Sprints are short, client expectations are high, and we don’t slow down between engagements. If you’ve spent time in large enterprise engineering organizations where velocity is constrained by process, this will feel different.

Job Summary
The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, M&A Director and the greater AEG Presents' Executive Leadership in all areas of an acquisition lifecycle to drive analysis and strategic decisions, gain consensus among stakeholders, and prepare clear, concise and compelling presentations for leadership. The acquisition lifecycle includes initial financial due diligence, business case modeling and review, understanding the target's accounting processes, integration planning and execution, and post-acquisition partner capital account reporting and accounting. The M&A Finance Manager will also support the Chief Accounting Officer in ad hoc technical accounting projects.
