Due to our exciting growth here in Europe we are now looking to grow our Sales team and are seeking innovative individuals who can help take us on our journey to the next level.
Based in our dynamic office in Copenhagen, you will join our growing team of Sales Representatives that are playing a crucial role in Flexport European growth plans. Strategically and with a lot of creativity you will be tasked to getting in touch with good fit companies that want to engage in a conversation with Flexport.
No two days will be the same in this challenging role where you will be responsible for:
This role will give you the opportunity to learn how global trade works from the ground up and build the foundation for your career in tech sales. Shadowing Account Executives in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you’ll need for your next role on the Flexport sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a business that is going to coach and develop you. We view our sales development teams as the talent engine for the rest of the sales organisation. Meaning: we give you the tools to be empowered and really take your sales and consultative skills to the next level.
You’ll be joining a sales team with a lot of emphasis, combining great culture, a place to succeed and focus on career development make this a fun & dynamic place to work.
We are looking for high energy people who want to learn and develop their sales skills. Who are enthusiastic communicators, love being on the phone and adding value to customers, able to empathise and present solutions to suit their needs. This role would suit someone who had a bachelor degree or higher and is commercially minded, with some sales or commercial experience in their pocket. Above all: they’re solution oriented and looking to work in a quickly adapting tech environment. This role requires fluent Danish and English languages knowledge, both spoken and written. Wolt is building the leading local commerce platform across Europe and beyond. Denmark is one of our core markets, and Inside Sales is the engine that drives merchant acquisition at scale — across both SMB Restaurant and Retail segments.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will own the phone-based acquisition of restaurants and retail stores across Denmark. You will run the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first contact to signed partner — and be accountable for the selection we build in your portfolio. This role combines commercial ownership, high-volume execution, and disciplined pipeline management. If you thrive in a performance-driven environment where every call, every close, and every signed partner moves the business forward, this role gives you the mandate and scope to make a visible commercial impact from day one.
This role is about driving profitable growth across Denmark's Restaurant and Retail merchant landscape. You will own a portfolio of areas, work a structured pipeline, and consistently deliver high-quality partner acquisitions.
Day-to-day in this role you'll:
We are looking for a commercially sharp seller with proven outbound experience and a genuine hunter mentality.
This is a role for a commercial operator — someone motivated by signed partners, pipeline discipline, and shaping the merchant landscape in Denmark.
