About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead our Distributed Simulation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building a new distributed simulation product to enable heterogeneous groups of robots to collaborate together across multiple physical sites. Required Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Recent (<2 years in the past) experience writing and maintaining software codebases with significant complexity
• Prior experience in distributed simulation, especially from writing network-based multiplayer games or from a similar defense context
• Experience as a tech lead and mentor for teams of at least 5 other engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in areas/fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• 8+ years of software engineering experience including significant work in at least two of the following: C++, Golang, Java, Rust, Python
• Experience setting up CI/CD, metrics + logging infrastructure for a live service, and alerting
• Experience with cloud infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Air Dominance & Strike team at Anduril develops aerial and multi-domain robotic systems. The team is responsible for taking products like Fury (unmanned fighter jet) and Barracuda (air-breathing cruise missile) from concept to product. The team also develops Lattice for Mission Autonomy, Anduril’s premier software platform that enables masses of Fury, Barracuda, and other first and third party robots to collaborate across various missions. We work in close coordination with specialist teams like Perception, Motion Planning, Hardware, and Test Engineering to solve some of the hardest problems facing our customers. We are looking for software engineers and roboticists excited about creating a powerful autonomy software stack that includes computer vision, motion planning, SLAM, controls, estimation, and secure communications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

• 3+ years working with a variety of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, Rust, Go, JavaScript, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong background with focus in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning to inform modeling & simulation (M&S) and physical systems
• Developing and testing multi-agent autonomous systems and deploying in real-world environments
• Feature and algorithm development with an understanding of behavior trees
• Developing software/hardware for flight systems and safety critical functionality
• Distributed communication networks and message standards
• Knowledge of military systems and operational tactics

The SailPoint Developer will be responsible for implementing identity and access management solutions using SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and configuring SailPoint solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of the platform with existing systems and applications. The SailPoint Developer plays a critical role in application onboarding, enhancing security measures, managing user access, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration and API Development: Develop custom integrations with various applications, directories, and systems using APIs and connectors provided by SailPoint
• Ensure data synchronization and establish seamless communication between different platforms
• Security and Compliance:

Information Management Technology Division (IMTD) provides software development, operations and maintenance of a variety of systems and initiatives supporting IMS business areas. IMTD focuses on streamlining operations, automating processes, and aligning IM Solutions to IMS' s overarching digital architecture. IMTD's mission is to promote state-of-the-art IT solutions for IMS business systems. In doing so, IMTD collaborates with IT mission partners to not only share technology and lessons learned, but also ensure records management processes and requirements are included in the early design stages of IT solutions across the Sponsor and IC. Additionally, IMTD works in concert with the IMS Tech Director to ensure future plans for technology in the division are in line with the plans for the overall IMS architecture. IMTD' s specific responsibilities are performed via seven (7) teams plus IMTD Front Office support. Teams consist of: B2i, Data Migration Team (DMT), Electronic Document OCR and exploitation (eDox), GitSMART, Electronic Records Analysis Team (ERAT), and Integration Center (Ctr).
