We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus.
With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.
We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!
This is your opportunity to act as the local heartbeat of Bolt’s brand in Cyprus and Greece. You’ll combine on-the-ground market insight with global strategy to deliver marketing that genuinely connects with local audiences. From generating buzz and building partnerships to executing social-first campaigns and supporting growth across Rides and Food Delivery, you’ll own how Bolt shows up in your market.
You won’t just execute — you’ll think holistically about growth. That means managing budgets, identifying high-impact opportunities, collaborating closely with central brand, social, performance, and growth teams, and ensuring that global campaigns resonate locally. You’ll be part of the Southern Europe Local Marketing team and report to the Regional Marketing Manager, working cross-functionally across an ambitious, international organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real autonomy, visibility, and the chance to directly influence brand growth in a key market.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
