About the Role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who operates where data, strategy, and customer value meet. You’ll own and evolve our analytics domain, shaping the tools and experiences that transform raw data into clear, actionable insight. 

As the leader of the in-product Analytics team, you’ll push an already market-leading capability further by evolving dashboards from static reporting to intelligent systems powered by trend detection, predictive forecasting, anomaly identification, AI-generated insights and prescriptive recommendations that proactively guide customer decisions.

You will own one of Wrike’s most strategically important and highly adopted feature areas, used by our most active users across more than 17,000 customer accounts. This is not incremental optimization, it’s full ownership of the analytics experience end to end, from vision and data foundations to customer-facing insight delivery. You’ll set the direction, make the trade-offs, and drive execution for a capability that directly impacts enterprise decision-making, retention, and expansion.

Our Work Style:

You will have full ownership of the analytics roadmap and prioritization, with dedicated engineering and design resources aligned to this domain. This role operates with high autonomy and executive visibility, shaping not only feature delivery but the long-term direction of analytics across the Wrike platform.

Your Impact:

• Product strategy & roadmap: define and own the long-term vision and prioritization for Wrike’s in-product analytics, with a clear mandate to evolve the experience through AI-powered capabilities such as natural language querying, automated insight generation, forecasting and intelligent recommendations.

• Dashboard & visualization experience: lead the design and evolution of intuitive dashboard experiences, including customizable widgets (charts, tables, calendars), dynamic filtering/parameters, calculated fields, trend views, KPI blocks, and pivot capabilities that help customers understand and act on their data.

• Analytical infrastructure: Ensure the reliability and scalability of the data foundation powering customer-facing analytics, including well-structured data models, performant pipelines, real-time synchronization where applicable, and precise aggregation logic. Own and manage strategic partnerships with analytics technology providers such as Sisense and Snowflake to guarantee seamless integration, performance, and long-term platform evolution.

• Stakeholder engagement & adoption: Work with UX research, customer success, sales and enterprise customers to validate dashboard use cases, gather feedback on analytical needs and pain points, and drive adoption and value realization of analytics capabilities.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of product management, preferably with SaaS products, with a strong track record in customer-facing analytics or reporting. 
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Product Discovery: You are experienced in conducting market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and pain points. You are also experienced in testing and validating potential solutions with real users to ensure that they effectively address the identified needs.

About the role

As Director of Product, Core Markets, you will own the strategy and execution that positions Fundraise Up as the category leader in key nonprofit verticals. Market & Customer Leadership

• Develop deep expertise in Core Markets — understand segments, buying behaviors, procurement and RFP patterns, compliance requirements, and the key barriers to adoption.

• Enterprise B2B experience (SaaS/fintech/payments/e-commerce or adjacent), including pre-sales/RFPs and complex stakeholder management.
• Proven discovery & execution track record: from insight → business case → delivery → measurable impact.
• Metrics fluency: ARR, NRR, win-rate, conversion, adoption, time-to-value; strong analytical and decision-making skills.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to join the Donor Experience Platform team. In this role, you will lead the development of a technical platform (internal API) that powers the company’s key products — various forms and interfaces for processing online donations.

We already have a strong team of developers as well as a product and technical roadmap in place, but we are missing a strong technical leader to lead the team.

• Lead a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
• Write and review code (approximately 70/30 split in favor of management).

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Elements team. In this role, you will lead the development of embedded "elements" — a suite of widgets that non-profits integrate into their websites to drive donations or display impact statistics. Tech Stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, Cloudflare Workers, and Kafka.

We already have a strong team of developers as well as a product and technical roadmap in place, but we are missing a strong technical leader to lead the team.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.

Requirements

• You are an experienced Engineering Team Lead with 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager managing a team of 3–5 developers.
• You’re a hands-on leader who can write code, make sound technical decisions, and design systems thoughtfully.
• You have strong people management skills — hiring, coaching, giving feedback, and resolving conflicts.
• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in product companies working with our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
• Experience working in fast-growing companies or startups will be a plus.
• Your English is at B2+ level: you don’t struggle to find words and can confidently discuss any technical topics.

We are seeking an Internal Automation Engineer to design and maintain automations for internal teams, write and develop YouTrack workflows, integrate third-party services, own existing internal code, and help teams set up effective processes. You’ll be the go-to partner for internal stakeholders, translating their goals into robust, scalable solutions in YouTrack.

In this role, you will:

• Process and triage internal requests from JetBrains teams, from simple configuration requests to complex integrations with third-party tools.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain YouTrack workflows and apps.
• Help teams adopt best practices in YouTrack, setting up projects, fields, workflows, and automations.
• Own and maintain the codebase of existing automation and workflow modules, improving quality, observability, and performance.
• Gather requirements from teams, map their needs into YouTrack’s capabilities, propose architecture, and estimate trade-offs. 
• Regularly collaborate and communicate with the development team.
• Contribute to internal documentation, templates, best practices, and training on how to use YouTrack.

We’d be happy to have you on our team if you:

• Have solid knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Have a strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns and their usages.
• Have experience with version control systems like Git.

About the role:

You'll own the entire frontend and product UX, meaning you decide how the product looks, feels, and works. You'll design flows, build the UI, maintain the architecture, and set the quality bar for anything that touches the interface. Backend and AI are covered by a strong team of engineers.

Your focus in the first three months:

• Refactor backend-frontend communication and state management. The current architecture was vibecoded – you'll make it ready for feature scaling.
• Establish a clean design system from existing components.
• Ship token-by-token LLM response streaming to improve perceived performance.
• Design user onboarding from scratch.
• Build a user-friendly error system with clear resolution paths.

Who we're looking for:

A design/frontend engineer who can take a vague problem and turn it into a clear, usable, production-ready feature.

What matters most:

• Design-first thinking and UX intelligence over pixel perfection. You care more about whether something makes sense than whether it looks “pretty”.
• Strong product intuition. You notice UX friction, small paper cuts, and architectural smells – and feel responsible for fixing them.
• Prototype-and-ship mentality. You explore options quickly, consider alternatives, choose a direction, and move on.

Required experience:

Tech stack: React, TypeScript (web or desktop applications)

• Strong working knowledge of React and frontend architecture – enough to keep the codebase clean while actively using AI coding tools.
• Experience designing and implementing frontend systems end to end, not just isolated components.
• A portfolio or examples showing full ownership: projects where you designed and built the frontend yourself.
• At least one full year of experience in a startup or fast-moving team.
• Active experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) with a clear understanding of when they help – and when they hurt.

• Product design or product management.
• Electron or desktop app development.
• E2E testing – you’ve written tests yourself or worked closely with test automation.
