• Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes to existing flows and apps.
• Manage versions, deployments and environment promotion (Dev → Test → Prod) following ALM best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot connectors, gateway connections, authentication and service accounts.
• Document fixes, runbooks and change history; create clear, concise technical documentation for handover.
• Coordinate with business users, project managers and IT teams to validate fixes and deploy changes.
• Support performance tuning, monitoring and proactive improvements to reduce incidents and increase reliability.
• Ensure security, compliance and governance standards for automation solutions are followed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate (cloud and/or
desktop).
• Practical experience with Power Apps and Dataverse or equivalent data stores.
• Knowledge of connectors, API integration and authentication (OAuth, client credentials).
• Familiarity with ALM processes, solutions, environments and deployment pipelines.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript) for automation support tasks.
• Troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus.
