The Role:
We are looking for an RPA Support Developer (MS Power Platform) to join our delivery team and provide operational support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for automations built on Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud and/or desktop flows), Power Apps basics, and integrating connectors and APIs. This is a support-focused position: you will troubleshoot incidents, implement timely fixes, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to keep automation solutions stable and efficient. We value strong communication and stakeholder management—able to translate technical issues into clear, business-facing updates—alongside a collaborative mindset, empathy for end users, and a service-oriented approach. The right person is proactive, adaptable to changing priorities, organized in documenting runbooks and changes, skilled at problem-solving under pressure, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain production automations built on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps / Dataverse).
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents and failures; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.• Review flow run history, logs and error messages to identify and resolve exceptions.
• Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes to existing flows and apps.
• Manage versions, deployments and environment promotion (Dev → Test → Prod) following ALM best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot connectors, gateway connections, authentication and service accounts.
• Document fixes, runbooks and change history; create clear, concise technical documentation for handover.
• Coordinate with business users, project managers and IT teams to validate fixes and deploy changes.
• Support performance tuning, monitoring and proactive improvements to reduce incidents and increase reliability.
• Ensure security, compliance and governance standards for automation solutions are followed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years working with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate (cloud and/or
desktop).
• Practical experience with Power Apps and Dataverse or equivalent data stores.
• Knowledge of connectors, API integration and authentication (OAuth, client credentials).
• Familiarity with ALM processes, solutions, environments and deployment pipelines.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript) for automation support tasks.
• Troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus.

The Role:
We are seeking an RPA Developer to design, build and maintain automation solutions for a major client project. You will work closely with developers, business analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable automations. This role focuses on hands-on development and delivery (development, testing, deployment and hypercare).
What you will do:
• Design, develop, test and deploy UiPath automations and associated low-code solutions (Power Automate / Power Apps where applicable).
• Implement Document Understanding (DU) / IXP pipelines for document classification, extraction and validation.
• Integrate automations with external systems (APIs, databases, web applications, CUDL-like platforms).
• Build transaction-based processes using REFramework and Orchestrator queues; implement retry/backoff, poison-item handling and monitoring.
• Produce technical artifacts: PDD/SDD, runbooks, test cases and release notes.
• Participate in code reviews, version control and ALM practices to promote Dev → Test → Prod deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support hypercare and handover to support teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver business value.
What will you need to succeed:
• 3–6 years of professional experience in RPA development, with strong hands-on UiPath experience (development in Studio and use of Orchestrator).
• Solid experience with REFramework, queue-based transaction processing and robust exception handling.
• Experience integrating with APIs and databases; familiarity with data mapping and error-handling patterns.
• Familiarity with basic scripting/programming; Python experience preferred.
• Experience producing technical documentation (PDD/SDD, runbooks) and participating in code review/ALM processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Power BI.
• Prior exposure to enterprise environments (credit union, financial services) and compliance/regulatory projects.
• Practical experience implementing Document Understanding / IXP or similar OCR/ML document-processing solutions is preferred.
