The Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (“ARC”) Initiatives team at MongoDB owns the strategy, governance, and delivery of our most critical cross-functional risk and compliance initiatives. We design and execute programs that support compliance audits, risk assessments, employee awareness and enablement, and the implementation of common control frameworks, along with consistent operating cadences that align key stakeholders, accelerate decision making, and drive the execution of initiatives that reinforce MongoDB’s assurance, risk management, and compliance objectives. We define and track key metrics and deliver clear and timely, executive reporting to provide transparency, measure progress, and ensure lasting operational resilience and governance.

We serve as the central coordination point for ARC-wide initiatives, connecting Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams around clear priorities, milestones, and outcomes. The Policy Program Manager is a mid-to-senior level individual contributor role responsible for leading the development and operationalization of policies and procedures aligned to established control frameworks. You will drive end-to-end ownership of policy lifecycle management, from drafting and review through implementation and ongoing maintenance, while coordinating inputs across teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adoption. Additionally, you will lead documentation standardization efforts, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and perform gap analyses to continuously strengthen and mature our ARC policy framework.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of company-wide compliance programs, including the annual security policy and procedure review cycle
• Design and implement scalable frameworks for policy lifecycle management (creation, review, approval, publication, and retirement)
• Establish standards, templates, and governance processes to ensure consistency and clarity across all compliance documentation
• Maintain a centralized, audit-ready repository for policies, procedures, and supporting artifacts

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of program management experience, ideally within an Information Security or high-growth technology environment
• Experience creating and managing policy and procedure programs or governance frameworks
• Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST CSF)
• Strong proficiency in managing full-lifecycle projects, including scoping, planning, risk mitigation, and change control
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence, including the ability to build custom dashboards and manage complex documentation repositories
• Maintain and support a GRC/policy management platform to ensure consistent policy administration and system usability
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to deadlines in a professional and effective manner

As a Regional Inventory Control Manager, you will lead the inventory control program across a cluster of data centers and 1PL locations within your region. About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on regional manager who can move comfortably between the floor and leadership rooms. You will spend time with ICS teams at sites, in the systems (NetSuite, asset tools, WMS), and in reviews with DC Ops and Finance.

This is a people‑leadership role with regional scope and strong cross‑functional influence. You will shape how CoreWeave protects billions of dollars of assets, from initial receipt through their lifecycle in our data centers.

Team Leadership and Development

• Directly manage Inventory Control Specialists and/or Area IC Managers across your region.
• Own hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for IC roles in your span.
• Build a strong IC culture around accuracy, documentation, safety, and cross‑functional partnership.
• Identify high‑potential ICs and develop them into leads/supervisors to improve span of control at large or complex sites.

Operational Execution and Standards

• Ensure consistent implementation of IC SOPs, policies, and MFCP/5S standards across all sites in your region.
• Monitor daily IC activities (receiving controls, tagging, binning, moves, cycle counts, RMAs, documentation) via system reports and site reviews.
• Partner with DC Ops leads to align work order consumption, spares flows, and floor‑ready material control with IC routines.

Inventory Control, Counts, and Reconciliation

• Own the regional cycle count and physical inventory schedule, making sure all required counts are executed on time and to standard.
• Review variance reports, drive investigation quality, and ensure discrepancies are closed within SLA (e.g., 7–14 days depending on severity).
• Ensure that NetSuite, asset systems, and any WMS reflect accurate, reconciled inventory positions across your sites.
• Coordinate with Finance and Audit on annual physicals, SOX testing, and remediation.

Governance, KPIs, and Continuous Improvement

• Define and manage regional IC KPIs, including:
• Inventory accuracy (by count and value)
• Discrepancy aging (median, P90)
• Investigation closure rate within SLA
• Audit findings (count, severity, and on‑time closure)
• Run regular regional IC reviews with DC Ops, Finance, and GLO leadership; publish KPI packs and action plans.
• Identify systemic issues (e.g., labeling, process gaps, tooling pain points) and lead regional improvement initiatives in partnership with the Global IC Program Manager and GLO.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the primary IC point of contact for your region with:
• Data Center Operations leadership
• Global Logistics (warehousing, transportation, 3PL / 1PL)
• Finance/Accounting and Audit
• Security and EHS, where IC touches physical controls
• Ensure clear RACI and escalation paths for IC issues (e.g., missing assets, documentation gaps, SOX concerns).

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• 7+ years in inventory control, asset management, or logistics/warehouse operations, with multi‑site or regional scope.
• Proven people leadership experience, managing IC, warehouse, or logistics teams (direct reports) across one or more sites.
• Deep understanding of serialized inventory control: cycle counts, physicals, reconciliations, discrepancy investigation, and documentation.
• Experience working in ERP and asset tools (e.g., NetSuite, Snipe‑IT or similar), with comfort pulling and interpreting operational reports.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and enforce SOPs and control frameworks (SOX or similar).
• Strong communication skills; able to align IC teams, DC Ops, Finance, and leadership around targets and corrective actions.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within your region.

Preferred

• Experience in data center, cloud, AI infrastructure, or other high‑value hardware environments.
• Familiarity with SOX §404 or other regulated inventory environments.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing at Path Robotics. You set direction, run your own initiatives, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder.

You sit between product, sales, and the market. You figure out how we position our technology for technical buyers, and you give the sales team materials that actually move deals. You'll work across engineering, applications, sales, and leadership to make sure our go-to-market reflects what we actually build and who we build it for.

This isn't a role where you wait for someone to hand you a brief. You find the gaps and fill them. If a fabrication shop owner reads our positioning, they should think, "these people understand my problems." That's the bar.

What You’ll Do

• Own product positioning and messaging across all of Path’s products and capabilities. Develop and maintain the core narratives that differentiate us in the market.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion. Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success.
•  Create high-quality content that establishes Path as the authority in autonomous welding: white papers, case studies, application guides, blog posts, and thought leadership.
• Build and refine sales enablement materials: battle cards, competitive analysis, objection handling guides, ROI frameworks, pitch decks, and demo scripts.
• Develop deep competitive intelligence. Know the landscape cold—traditional automation, other robotics companies, manual welding operations—and translate that into actionable positioning.
• Define and manage buyer personas and journey mapping. Ensure all marketing efforts are grounded in how technical buyers actually evaluate and purchase.
• Partner with the sales team to understand deal dynamics, win/loss patterns, and where marketing can have the most impact on the pipeline.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B company or industrial/manufacturing technology environment
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution. You can develop the GTM strategy and also write the battle card yourself.
•  Excellent writing and storytelling skills. You can translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences.
•  Experience with product launches, competitive positioning, and sales enablement in a technical product environment

Desired but not required:

• AWS CWI or CWE certification
• Experience with robotic welding or automation systems
• Background in applications engineering, technical sales, or product marketing at a manufacturing technology company
• Experience building ROI models or business case analyses
• Familiarity with heavy fabrication, shipbuilding, structural steel, or defense manufacturing
• Working understanding of AI/ML concepts (you don't need to write code, but you should be able to explain what a model does and why it matters)

In this industry, brokers work directly with travelers to price trips and manage client relationships, while operators own and manage the aircraft and crews that actually fly them. Much of the coordination between brokers and operators still depends on emails, spreadsheets, and phone calls to confirm availability, pricing, and logistics. Our tech cuts down on the back-and-forth by organizing availability, pricing, and logistics into shared, structured workflows, so brokers can move faster without sacrificing accuracy. You will post content across our social media channels that demonstrates how our software supports brokers in their day-to-day work. You will also highlight the events we host at our headquarters, as well as the industry events we attend and sponsor across the private aviation ecosystem.

As we grow, our voice needs to stay consistent. This role exists to make sure our presence reflects the standards we hold internally. You will work closely with the founder to understand how we want to be represented, then apply that direction with precision and judgment.

What You’ll Work On

• Own the consistent execution of our social media presence across X, LinkedIn and Instagram
• Translate product updates, customer stories, event moments, and founder perspectives into platform-specific content (written posts, short-form video, event photography, and simple graphics).
• Plan, draft, edit, and publish posts that show how our technology helps brokers in real, practical ways.
• Work closely with the founder to shape messaging, apply feedback, and ensure alignment with our brand.
• Maintain a content calendar and keep posting steady and organized.
• Attend key events to capture photos and videos
• Coordinate and publish content from the aviation events we attend and sponsor across the country.
• Ensure every post reflects the standards we hold internally for clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Track engagement and adjust execution based on what resonates with brokers and the broader industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
