About this role

As an Outreach Specialist/Care Coordinator in the region, you will be Waymark’s frontline presence in and alongside healthcare facilities, often our first point of contact with our patients, and a key member of a startup team helping to shape and refine our workflows and build strong relationships with primary care physician partners. You will work to improve the health of patients from low- income communities by fostering trust and connecting them with various providers and resources. You will be part of a care team that is multidisciplinary and includes Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Pharmacists, and Community Health Workers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to new patients and facilitate connections to healthcare resources and support referrals to care team members telephonically, via SMS, via video, or in-person. 
• Foster trust and improve patient engagement rates through effective, empathetic, and credible patient communication.
• Collect, review and analyze patient data from Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or other data sources to assist monitoring and prioritization of patient care and to improve utilization of preventative care.
• Communicate with primary care providers through multiple avenues (potentially including EHR messaging and in-person meetings with providers to review patient updates).
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact, and build trusted, collaborative relationships with healthcare facility providers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort tailoring communication to credibly and concisely communicate with primary care physicians and to communicate with patients in an empathetic and accessible manner.
• Highly organized and self-motivated to work independently and manage schedules efficiently.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records.

As a Community Health Worker, you will be Waymark’s frontline presence in the community, connecting with patients to provide social support, advocacy and navigation. You will work to improve the health of patients from low- income communities, by connecting them with various providers and resources. You will be part of a care team that is multidisciplinary and includes licensed clinical social workers, pharmacists, and care coordinators. 

Key Responsibilities

• Attend a 2-3 week long paid training program.
• Meet patients in the community, in the home, and in healthcare facilities (including hospitals) and conduct a needs assessment, including motivating patients to set and achieve health goals.
• Help patients with health-related social issues like homelessness, substance use and hunger.  
• Work with other CHWs and staff to create a directory of community resources (e.g., food banks, housing assistance programs, childcare resources, etc.).
• Manage relationships with the healthcare facility providers and partner with care delivery team (Pharmacists, Social workers, and Care Coordinators).
• Continuously expand knowledge of community resources, services, and programs available to members and build ongoing relationships with these organizations to advocate for members.
• Accompany members to medical appointments as appropriate.
• Navigate technology systems to document each patient encounter in detail and accurately.
• Meet patients virtually, by phone or video visit, for conversations as appropriate.
• Support outreach to individuals eligible for Waymark support both in-person and by phone to establish a relationship and let them know about Waymark’s services.
• Participate in weekly care team huddles.

The Opportunity

As a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant, internally known as a Flex One Medical Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist, at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers. What you’ll likely work on:

• Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative,  and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
• Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, depending on the office location
• Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
• Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
• Continue to care for our members beyond the lab room by answering patient messages, following up on lab cases and assisting our providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties such as, but not limited to biometric screening forms, medical record and consult review, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting
• All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc

Cloud Migration Engineer

You are the engineer clients trust to move their infrastructure to GCP without drama. No data loss, no unplanned downtime, no surprises. You've done this before at production depth — not as a supporting player, but as the person who owned the outcome.Half your work is technical: designing the migration architecture, writing the Terraform that makes it repeatable, and executing the cutover with the discipline that comes from having seen what goes wrong. You are the architectural conscience of the platform and the technical translator at the front of every client engagement. Half your week is inside the product — reviewing ADRs, holding integration patterns coherent, and partnering with the data architect and senior dev to keep the architecture honest. The other half is in front of clients — taking real operational complexity and turning it into platform configurations the system can actually execute. You are not a slide architect. Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Regional Trainer

Position Details:

The Regional Trainer works closely with the Training Manager and Director of Training and Compliance to execute training programs to enable our team members with the skills and competencies needed for their roles, while promoting Optima’s mission and vision. They will also provide Compliance department support as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications.

• Acts as a senior technical resource and subject matter expert in IBM mainframe COBOL architecture, providing guidance on code optimization, batch processing design, and legacy system modernization.

About This Role 

Axsome Therapeutics is currently searching for a Regional Business Director (RBD) to lead commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish a team of Account Managers, execute marketing strategies, and ensure a successful promotion of SYMBRAVO, an oral acute migraine medication. The RBD will be primarily responsible for the supervision and leadership of an industry shaping, uniquely structured salesforce leveraging the use of a highly sophisticated digital infrastructure. All RBDs will be aligned to geographical territories and assume full ownership of driving sales within the region.

The RBD is responsible for sales performance at a Region level and is expected to be a product champion and exhibit the business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace. This is a cross-functional front-line leader role that will focus on the launch of our new Migraine medication. The position is field-based and will require travel as needed to develop internal and external relationships.  

Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Responsible for supervising operations of the Region which includes: driving results, hiring and coaching, account manager development, performance management, and the assignment of key "priority" accounts within the medical community  

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Region including the right balance of live/virtual interactions and the prioritization of efforts by the team

Requirements / Qualifications 

•  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

• Previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience preferred with at least three to five years spent in a position with demonstrated 1st line leadership groups  

• Proven performance history in the ability to lead others to success through your coaching influence

The anticipated salary range for this role is $165,000 - $205,000. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location. Woolpert is hiring an experienced Roadway Engineer (EIT) to join our dynamic Transportation Design team in one of our Ohio offices. This position will offer the opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects spanning multiple states, multiple clients and presenting unique challenges. Our Team is staffed with industry experts who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of designers and teaching vital skills for becoming a successful engineer. Given the wide range of projects and clients, our engineers are exposed to a number of different practices which allow them to not only become well rounded, but also to find a specialty they have interest in. While work is usually related to transportation, engineers regularly work in disciplines outside of the standard transportation roles. These can include work with aviation, military, private development as well as bikeways and trails! Overview:

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of our store — welcoming customers, guiding them through product selections, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll bring our brand to life through genuine interactions, deep product knowledge, and a passion for helping people discover what fits their needs. This role blends customer service, education, and operational precision to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers when entering the retail store with compassion and professionalism. 
• Accurately and compliantly enter customer information into our database systems to verify eligibility for purchase. 
• Completes all sales and job duties per company SOP. 
• Provide exceptional customer service through elevated customer service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge. 
• Quickly and precisely handle cash and debit transactions while always maintaining a balanced cash drawer. 
• Work with a diverse group of personalities - employees and customers. 
• Possess excellent skills in mathematics. 
• Be extremely organized, efficient, and a good manager of time & resources. 
• Operate cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer. 
• Clean, stock, and organize retail store. 
• Conduct nightly inventory counts of all retail store products. 
• Work cohesively as part of a team to ensure sales, customer satisfaction, and designated timelines meet compliance goals.   
• Work on special projects and assignments designated by management. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
• Previous customer services experience preferred.
• Marijuana knowledge a bonus.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required.
• Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have no scheduling restrictions.
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment background checks.

 Physical Requirements:

• Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods.
