• Identificar y priorizar oportunidades de negocio en industrias clave como e-commerce, agencias de marketing digital, medios de comunicación, telecomunicaciones, servicios financieros y viajes.
• Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción para adquirir nuevos clientes y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.

• Gestionar el ciclo de ventas completo, desde la prospección hasta el cierre de acuerdos, aprovechando el apoyo de los equipos SDR y MIR.
• Construir relaciones sólidas con los tomadores de decisiones en las empresas objetivo.
• Preparar propuestas y presentaciones personalizadas que respondan a las necesidades del cliente.

• Trabajar estrechamente con el Ejecutivo de Ventas y el equipo de ventas en general para maximizar los resultados.

• Reportar métricas clave de rendimiento (pipeline, tasas de conversión, ingresos) al Director de Nuevas Ventas LATAM.
• Mantener registros actualizados en herramientas como Salesforce.

• Demostrar y comunicar eficazmente el valor de las soluciones de Similarweb y Admetricks para abordar los desafíos específicos de los clientes.
• Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las tendencias del mercado y la competencia.

• Tienes entre 3 y 5 años en roles de ventas B2B, preferiblemente en tecnología, SaaS o soluciones de inteligencia de mercado.
• Eres hispanohablante nativo/a.
• Tienes inglés intermedio (esencial para colaborar con equipos globales y clientes internacionales).
• Cuentas con un historial comprobado de adquisición de nuevos clientes y cierre de acuerdos de alto impacto.
• Posees sólidas habilidades de prospección y gestión del ciclo de ventas completo.
• Tienes excelentes capacidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.
• Tienes una mentalidad orientada a resultados, con enfoque en alcanzar y superar objetivos.
• Tienes familiaridad con herramientas como Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator y CRMs similares.

As a Sales Manager at Similarweb, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and closing new business in the LATAM market. This role will be key to expanding our customer base by offering advanced market intelligence solutions, including web traffic insights, keyword analysis, and digital advertising monitoring through Admetricks Ad Intelligence. This reports to the Director for New Sales, LATAM.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Inside Sales team means your daily responsibilities may include:

• Sales Strategy:
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities in key industries such as e-commerce, digital marketing agencies, media, telecommunications, financial services, and travel.
• Develop and implement action plans to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Sales Cycle Management:
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging support from the SDR and MIR teams.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers at target companies.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the Sales Executive and the broader sales team to maximize results.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Report on key performance metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue) to the LATAM Director for New Sales.
• Maintain up-to-date records in tools like Salesforce.
• Product Positioning:
• Effectively demonstrate and communicate the value of Similarweb and Admetricks solutions to address specific client challenges.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

This is the perfect job for:

• 3-5 years in B2B sales roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or market intelligence solutions.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• Intermediate English (essential for collaborating with global teams and international clients).
• Has a proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing high-impact deals.
• Strong prospecting and full-cycle sales management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar CRMs.
• Understanding of trends in digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and related technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
