About the Role

Platform Science is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Core Product Development team in Chennai. This is a vital role for an engineer who is passionate about building robust automated test suites that ensure the reliability of our mission-critical IoT solutions. In this position, you will lead QA test automation efforts for Java, C#, and enterprise applications using the Selenium framework, directly impacting the speed and quality of our software delivery. The Product Owner (PO) for HOS & Compliance will be the primary functional lead for our development squads in Chennai. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) features.

Following the global product strategy, you will translate FMCSA and CCMTA regulatory mandates into actionable technical requirements. • Backlog Ownership: Lead the grooming and work with Product Management on prioritization for your assigned squad, ensuring the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale robust backend services that power complex business workflows. FourKites is looking for a driven and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join the Visibility Group to lead the Customer Experience (CX) team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding how customers adopt and use our visibility products and translating those insights into targeted product improvements that drive measurable adoption outcomes.

You will work hands-on with usage data, engage directly with customers and internal teams, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer success to build a product experience that customers love.

 This role requires significant overlap with US Central Time hours to effectively partner with North American customers and the broader FourKites team.

What you'll be doing

• Customer Adoption & Product Experience

•   Own the adoption metrics for the Visibility Group's product portfolio — define, track, and analyze feature usage, engagement, and retention KPIs.
•   Identify adoption gaps and friction points through direct customer engagement, usage data analysis, and feedback loops with Customer Success and Sales teams.
•   Develop and execute a product adoption roadmap with prioritized enhancements that drive measurable improvement in customer engagement and stickiness.

• Data Analysis & Insights

•   Work hands-on with product usage data and analytics platforms to generate actionable insights on customer behavior and feature utilization.
•   Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor adoption trends across customer segments, geographies, and product areas.
•   Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to improve data instrumentation, event tracking, and reporting capabilities.
•   Translate quantitative data findings into clear product hypotheses and prioritized backlog items.

• Customer Engagement & Discovery

•   Actively engage with customers across various touchpoints — onboarding calls, QBRs, support escalations, and product feedback sessions — to develop a deep understanding of their workflows and unmet needs.
•   Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to build structured feedback channels that surface systemic product gaps.
•   Champion the voice of the customer in internal product planning discussions and roadmap prioritization.

• Product Development

•   Translate customer insights and usage data into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
•   Partner closely with engineering and design through the full development lifecycle — from discovery and scoping through delivery and post-launch monitoring.
•   Manage and prioritize the CX product backlog, balancing short-term adoption levers with longer-term platform enhancements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

•   Work with Product Marketing and Enablement teams to develop onboarding materials, feature announcements, and adoption playbooks.

•   Collaborate with Presales and Solutions teams during deal cycles to gather market requirements and inform the product roadmap.

Who you are

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated focus on customer adoption, product-led growth, or customer experience.
• Proven ability to work hands-on with data — comfortable querying databases (SQL), working with analytics tools, and building data-driven narratives.
• Strong customer engagement skills — experience conducting customer interviews, discovery sessions, and translating qualitative feedback into product requirements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with US-based teams and customers during CST business hours (significant schedule overlap required).
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate product workflows — including synthesizing customer feedback, drafting requirements, and generating data insights at speed

Preferred

• Domain experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation technology.
• Prior exposure to enterprise SaaS onboarding, customer health scoring, or NPS-driven product improvement programs.

As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own the technical customer relationship end to end. You run discovery independently, design integration and agentic workflow architectures for complex enterprise problems, and deploy solutions live with customers — often before they know exactly how to articulate what they need. You write optimized, production-grade code at speed, grounded in strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals, because compressing the time from customer problem to working solution is how FDE delivers its value. You bring genuine innovation to hard problems — your solutions are technically sound, elegant, and often non-obvious. You are the primary technical contact for 2–4 major enterprise accounts, you mentor FDEs on the team, and you are building the skills that will take you into Staff-level technical leadership.

What You'll Do

• Own complex integration and AI agent implementations end-to-end — from technical discovery through go-live and post-launch enhancement — as the primary technical contact for 2–4 enterprise accounts
• Design integration architectures with explicit attention to error handling, retry logic, observability, failure recovery, and multi-system authentication
• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that orchestrate supply chain operations — from requirements through production, including regression testing and validation before each customer deployment
• Deploy AI agent workflows live with customers present — configuring and troubleshooting in the room during customer calls, not gathering requirements to build later
• Run customer discovery sessions independently — hear a business problem and propose a technically credible, innovative solution on the spot without IM or management support
• Use Claude, OpenAI, and other LLMs across the entire workflow — capturing requirements, designing integrations, generating integration specs, writing code, testing and deployment; the expectation is LLM-assisted work at every stage, not just at the keyboard
• Represent FourKites from a technical lens during presales engagements — articulate integration architecture, agentic workflow capabilities, and platform extensibility to prospective enterprise customers alongside the Solutions and Sales teams
• Join scoping and strategic customer calls alongside the SCA team to tackle the highest-complexity technical and product questions — come in with a point of view, not just answers
• Perform code reviews on integration and AI workflow work from FDEs and enforce quality standards before deployment
• Mentor FDEs — pair on hard problems, review their work consistently, and take accountability for their growth
• Identify reusable integration patterns and AI workflow templates and formalize them for the team library
• Scope and estimate level of effort for projects accurately and hold yourself accountable to those estimates
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, Product Managers, and Engineering to deliver seamless customer outcomes
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience, with meaningful depth in integration engineering, system design, or a customer-facing technical role — what matters is the complexity and ownership of what you have built
• Strong proficiency in Java (required) and one or more of: Python or Ruby - writes clean, production-grade code with test coverage, clear design rationale, and a standard other engineers can follow
• Strong foundations in data structures and algorithms — designs systems that perform at scale, reasons about complexity tradeoffs under pressure, and makes the right architectural call for high-throughput, low-latency integration scenarios

• Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns and how to apply them across complex, multi-system — knows when to apply which approach and can justify the tradeoffs
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI workflows end-to-end using LangGraph or equivalent — not configuring templates, architecting systems
• Uses Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent LLMs across the full workflow — requirements documentation, integration design, spec generation, code generation, testing and deployment; treats LLMs as a core engineering capability, not a productivity shortcut
• Proven ability to run technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers independently and translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical specs

• Strong SQL proficiency — writes queries to investigate customer data issues and validate integration output

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or B2B SaaS platforms is a strong plus
• Deep familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and a track record of applying them to complex, multi-system enterprise environments
• Familiarity with EDI standards, carrier integrations, TMS/WMS systems, and supply chain data flows
• Experience with low-code/no-code workflow automation platforms such as Pipedream, n8n, Temporal, or equivalent
• Snowflake experience and familiarity with large-scale data investigation across multi-tenant environments
• Proficient with Lucidchart, Miro, draw.io, or similar tools to document and communicate integration architectures and agentic workflow designs visually — customers and internal stakeholders should be able to read your design without needing to ask what it means

project44 is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Backend to join our engineering team. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment designing, building, and implementing best-in-class integrations to accelerate how project44 connects to the world’s logistics networks.  

 Key accountabilities: What you'll work on  

• Build state-of-the-art integrations to expand our ever-growing network of connected carriers and customers.  
• Manage integrations through their life cycle.  
• Operate, maintain, and improve the supply chain visibility platform owned by the team.

Platform Science is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for their Core Product Development team in Chennai. 

In this role, you will be involved in Full Stack Development using Java and Modern Javascript Framework. 

Essential Responsibilities

• You participate in the complete product development cycle starting from analysis, architecture, design, coding, unit integration and system testing of software
• You provide ongoing sustaining support to the product, addressing end to end feature enhancements.

Experience
