What you’ll do

• Work cross-functionally to map customer experiences, flag emotional states and pain points, identify critical interdependencies and systems, and define key metrics across all journey stages.
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops in support of customer journey governance and operating mechanisms.
• Test and validate Scout’s approach to the customer journey. Align stakeholders and implement changes as needed.
• Develop business cases as needed in support of various customer journey efforts.

• Work with the Customer Journey Manager and Commercial Operations leaders in designing and mapping alternative/specialized customer journeys (e.g., the Scout VIP experience)
• Support the development of communication assets – slides, one-pagers, and visual summaries highlighting the customer journey
• Travel to various Scout events and locations to better understand what our customers expect in terms of in-store, digital, and vehicle experiences.

Location & Travel Expectations:

• This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. 
• This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.

As our Learning Technology Sr. Specialist, you are the strategic and operational owner of the learning technology ecosystem supporting the Commercial Organization. • Upload, test, and manage SCORM/xAPI, video, microlearning, blended programs; ensure cross‑device/browser compatibility.
• Build assignments, learning paths, certifications, recert windows; automate notifications and reminders.

Integrations, Data, and Architecture

• Partner with IT to maintain LMS‑HRIS sync, SSO/IDP (Okta/Azure AD), and secure data flows; steward PII and role‑based access.
• Implement and maintain xAPI pipelines and an LRS (e.g., Watershed, Learning Locker) to capture practice data (AI role‑plays), KB searches, and SEP engagement.
• Define and enforce taxonomy, metadata, and naming standards across systems to improve search, recommendations, and analytics.

Content Operations & Governance

• Own the content audit plan (cadence, owners, criteria, retire/refresh); maintain a single source of truth across LMS/KB/CMS.
• Establish decentralized admin governance: admin certification, approval workflows, QA checklists, and audit trails.
• Develop and maintain job aids, FAQs, and in‑app guidance to drive self‑service and reduce support tickets.

Analytics & Business Impact

• Build learner impact reports integrating course data, AI practice scores, SEP usage, and field KPIs (with Sales/Service Ops).
• Publish executive and manager‑level dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) focused on time‑to-ramp, activity-to-outcome, and skill gap closure.
• A/B test delivery formats; run cohort analyses; recommend content and channel optimizations.

Compliance, Security & Accessibility

• Ensure training records meet regulatory and organizational standards; conduct regular audits and partner with Compliance.
• Manage content and platform accessibility (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Coordinate vendor risk and platform updates with IT/SecOps; maintain documentation and runbooks.

Projects, Vendors & Roadmap

• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and feature rollouts; maintain a rolling roadmap that balances stability with innovation.
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals; define business cases and pilots (e.g., AI features, mobile offline).
• Build communities of practice with field leaders; host office hours and release briefings.

Location & Travel Expectations:

OVERVIEW

The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus om maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. A Day in the Life

• Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing, and executing a territory plan
• Earn credibility as an industry expert for athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators
• Understand customer objectives, and articulate relevant technology and industry trends
• Represent Snap! Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities
• Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, club sports
• Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
• Maintain accurate customer records within the company’s systems, including HubSpot

Role Progression

Within 1 Month, You Will:

• Complete new hire onboarding including eLearning courses, certification, instructor-led training, role-play, and mentorship
• Begin outreach to cultivate customer relationships with coaches, group leaders, athletic directors, and financial/district administrators
• Effectively manage all steps in the sales process and track progress in CRM
• Learn best practices, processes, and business tools used including HubSpot

Within 3 Months, You Will:

• Be executing a strategic territory growth plan, built in collaboration with your manager
• Feel confident in prospecting new business, conducting discovery calls, and presentations to customers both in-person and digitally
• Know how to prospect to create new revenue opportunities

Within 6 Months, You Will:

• Complete sales activities at volume with a high degree of independence, both in-person and digitally
• Prospect and close sales toward quarterly and annual targets
• Work sales opportunities from beginning to end, resulting in new business
• Increase customer saturation and retention rates, add revenue through customer acquisition

What is the Role? 

We are looking for a retail Sales Associate (part-time) to join our CAMP team! You will be responsible for guiding CAMP’s families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return!  This includes: 

• Bring the CAMP brand to life. Provide a fully immersive experience for customers of all ages by: 
• This involves engaging in conversations with families about what they are interested in and for what ages and introducing them to relevant items as well as items they didn't know they want or need, ultimately leading to purchases!

• Checking families out at the register and letting them know about upcoming programs or other CAMP news

What are the physical demands?

• You conduct weekly cycle counts with an attention to detail in order to maintain inventory accuracy and support effective product allocations from our studio.
• You execute monthly floorset directives that highlight new product launches and our Southern California, timeless yet modern roots. You may be asked to submit floorset pictures to corporate for approval.
• You handle weekly cash deposits with precision, making sure everything is counted, balanced, and deposited smoothly.
• You facilitate the weekly return of warranty items to the Warehouse, ensuring all shipments are prepared, documented, and sent on schedule. 
• You contact and utilize the appropriate business partners for resources and guidance as needed.
