This ServiceNow Application Engineer position focuses on the hands-on development and technical execution of the ServiceNow platform at GFiber. This role can sit in our NYC HQ on a hybrid basis, or it can be fully remote while working from a location based in either Eastern or Central time zones. We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer for our SRE, Atlas team to support, maintain and grow the Atlas platform. The Sales Manager leads Lucid Bots' SMB Account Executive team and owns the day-to-day performance, development, and operational rigor of the segment. This is a frontline people leader role: the job is to ramp reps quickly, run pipeline rigor, hit team revenue targets, and build AEs into top performers.
You'll carry team-level ownership for quota attainment, pipeline health, deal quality, and forecast accuracy. You'll partner closely with Sales Engineering, RevOps, and Customer Success on deal flow and handoffs. You'll set and protect high standards for HubSpot hygiene, stage discipline, and adherence to the sales process — and you'll spend your time where the leverage is: in 1:1s, on pipeline reviews, and on ride-alongs with reps.
This is a coaching seat, not a dashboard seat. If you light up when a rep clicks into a new behavior, when a stalled deal moves, when a forecast comes in clean — this is your climb.

Position Summary: The Audiovisual (AV) Performance Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of technical production for school events, arts performances, and external rentals. The Specialist ensures the seamless operation of sound, lighting, and video systems while providing expert support to the Visual and Performing Arts Departments, Auxiliary Services, and the IT team. Given the irregular nature of event production, this position is granted the professional autonomy to manage a flexible workweek—balancing evening and weekend demands with "flex-time" during standard school hours to maintain a sustainable workload. As a key resource for the entire school community, the Specialist works with students across the full age spectrum—from our youngest learners in the Lower School to young adults in the Upper School. While collaborating most closely with the Arts departments, the Specialist provides professional AV support to all divisions and must maintain a positive, encouraging, and patient demeanor with every student and faculty member.
