Position Summary

We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager (known to N2 as Area Directors) to launch, grow, and lead a BeLocal publication in your local market. If accepted, you'd operate as a local publisher: driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine that reflects the heart of your community.

Your first months will focus on establishing your territory and building your client base. From there, you grow an asset you own.

This hybrid position involves a blend of in-person community engagement and work performed from your home office.

We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own end-to-end execution across assigned lifecycle channels — driving measurable performance through smart automation, rigorous experimentation, and data-backed creative strategy. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who is equally comfortable designing a multi-step journey and presenting their channel results to senior leadership. You'll work closely with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to execute on the roadmap — but you'll own your channels, bring your own hypotheses, and be accountable for results. This isn't a coordinator role. You'll be expected to diagnose complex problems, move quickly, and raise the bar for how Bankrate communicates with its users.

What You’ll Do:

• Channel ownership — Own the full campaign lifecycle for your assigned channels — from strategy and segmentation through build, QA, deployment, and post-send analysis. Diagnose and resolve complex delivery issues (CPL spikes, CVR drops, approval rejections) before they affect KPIs.
• Journey architecture — Design and manage multi-step, trigger-based lifecycle journeys in Iterable. Build event-driven workflows that respond to user behavior in real time. Document your logic, segment definitions, and decision trees so the team can learn from and replicate your approaches.
• Creative strategy & briefs — Lead creative strategy for your channels — using performance data to develop testable hypotheses on hooks, CTAs, and formats. Translate data into clear, actionable creative briefs that reduce revision cycles and ship faster.
• Attribution & reporting — Design and maintain attribution frameworks and custom dashboards for your channels. Evaluate platform-reported metrics against internal attribution to surface discrepancies, guide budget decisions, and reduce over-attribution.
• Structured experimentation — Design and execute multi-variable experiments (creative x audience x placement) with proper holdout groups. Translate test results into playbooks that improve CVR and can be reused across the team's broader channel suite.
• Performance diagnosis — When something breaks — a CPL spike, sudden CVR drop, unexplained churn — you're the first one to form a hypothesis and test a fix. You thrive in ambiguity and use data to move fast with limited information
• Integrate AI into your workflow — Use AI tools consistently to accelerate campaign work — drafting copy, building performance reports, generating test hypotheses, or structuring briefs. Evaluate AI outputs critically before publishing. Document where AI creates real leverage and share those approaches with the broader team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Lifecycle channel expertise — 4–7 years owning lifecycle marketing campaigns with direct accountability for performance. Experience managing email, push, or SMS channels end-to-end in a platform like Iterable, Braze, or similar.
• Strong Iterable proficiency — You can build multi-step journeys, configure event-triggered workflows, set up dynamic segmentation, and troubleshoot delivery issues without engineering support.
• Analytical mindset — You design experiments with proper holdouts, evaluate results with statistical awareness, and can build a dashboard or attribution model that stakeholders actually trust. You catch discrepancies in platform data.
• Creative operator — You can write a strong brief, give useful creative feedback, and identify what’s driving a performance change at the copy or format level. You view creative as a performance lever, not an afterthought.

We're looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to build, scale, and evolve how we engage millions of users across the full customer journey — from first touch through conversion, retention, and repeat engagement. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has owned lifecycle end-to-end: strategy, systems, execution, and performance. You'll operate at the intersection of data, product, and marketing — designing systems that drive measurable revenue across channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging. Job Description:

The Regional Director is part of our Campus Partnerships team that serves as connectors for our U.S. partner colleges and universities to the large portfolio of opportunities for students across WorldStrides Higher Ed, including ISA, TEAN, and our faculty-led custom programs. Regional Directors are an important part of the team, serving as first point of contact for university partners and recruiting study abroad students in their assigned region. The Regional Director's main areas of responsibility include lead generation, new business and program development, territory growth, and relationship management in order to foster exceptional service to our partners and meet enrollment and revenue goals for WorldStrides Higher Ed.

The Fine Print:

The Learning Manager is a full-time, exempt, year-round position requiring weekday office hours plus occasional evenings, weekends, and travel. This position is located in one of our Hub offices in NYC, Washington D.C., Chicago, Charlotte, or Encinitas, and reports to the Director, Learning. 

In our U.S. Hub Offices, our team works a hybrid schedule where employees can choose to work remotely 2 days per week and collaborate in-person with coworkers the rest of the week, with Wednesday designated as a shared in-office day for connection and collaboration. Specific schedules may vary by location and role.

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business results through CRM strategies and execution at scale. Bonus points if experience with Iterable
• Direct experience managing and growing a small team, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Deep expertise in email, SMS, push, and cross-channel lifecycle marketing; experience with leading CRM/marketing automation platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in digital operations, product, analytics, or technical strategy roles, with a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes. Financial services experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in production environments, including systems that:
  • Make decisions (not just trigger actions)
  • Integrate multiple data sources and APIs

Mem Global is searching for Southern Community Manager to manage and enable our community builders to be leaders in creating meaningful, welcoming experiences that serve the young adult Jewish community in their city.  

The Southern Community Manager is a member of the Resident Support team and is responsible for supporting residents in Houses and Pods. This individual works to achieve program goals by recruiting new community builders, tracking KPI metrics for their Moishe Houses and Pods, connecting residents to resources and additional Mem Global opportunities, and developing a strong knowledge base about young adult life in their regional communities. This position reports to the Director, House & Pod Programs, Operations and Strategy.

And it's not just small talk; you enjoy learning about people and what motivates them. You’ll develop individual relationships with Moishe House and Pod residents through remote interactions, site visits, and facilitating skills development. You’ll recruit residents for new and existing Moishe Houses and Pods through your social networks and by building connections in your region. Your written, analytical skills, and organizational skills are just as strong as your verbal ones. (40%)  
• You’re organized and a problem solver. We are a small team with a huge impact. You’ll help manage the financial data and administrative tasks that enable dozens of community builders to create hundreds of gatherings, evaluate and create plans to mitigate risk and work on several projects simultaneously.  (20%)  
• You’ve got a variety of skills and love a fast-paced opportunity. You’ll lead and facilitate special projects based on departmental need, your expertise, and your interests such as: facilitating sessions at conferences or retreats, growing your understanding of young adults, and improving departmental processes. (10%)   
• You have previous knowledge of using Salesforce and Monday.com (not required, we are happy to teach you!)  
• You have a bachelor’s degree or four additional years of work experience.

The Fine Print:

The Southern Community Manager is a full-time, year-round position, and requires weekday hours plus occasional weekends or evenings, and regular travel to complete job requirements.  The position is supervised by the Director, House and Pod Programs, Operations and Strategy, and works either a hybrid schedule out of our hub office in Charlotte, North Carolina, or remotely from Atlanta, Georgia, or Austin, Texas.  

In our hub offices, our team works a hybrid schedule where employees can choose to work remotely 2 days per week and collaborate in-person with coworkers the rest of the week.

The starting salary range for this full-time exempt position is:

• All available locations: $50,000 - $60,000

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Per Scholas seeks a Manager, Talent Solutions to cultivate a pipeline of employers that can hire multiple Per Scholas graduates for IT jobs.  The role is a unique opportunity to raise awareness about Per Scholas in the business and employer community and build sustainable talent pipelines between employers and our graduates.  

The successful candidate will have strong marketing, sales, and business development experience, preferably in technology, talent acquisition, and human resources. Success in this role will be measured by achieving 100+ employment opportunities annually and meeting the team’s monthly and yearly talent placement goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Develop a new enterprise-level employer business development strategy with internal and external stakeholders. This will include sector and occupational analysis and informational interviews with existing employer partners and Per Scholas colleagues.
• Cross-sell other options for engagement with Per Scholas, including customized training opportunities and training and development services
• Analyze new trends and opportunities within the industry that will help you develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and our competitors.
• Implement a local, enterprise-level strategy to sustainably secure 5-10 employer accounts who will commit to 7 or more hires annually across multiple business lines, focusing on job placements in IT support, software engineering,  cybersecurity, and entry-level cloud roles. This will include an entire sales cycle from networking and prospecting through initial stage relationship management to successfully landing and fulfilling a volume job order, with high employer satisfaction.
• Build professional, working, and consultative relationships with clients within Metro Atlanta by developing a nuanced understanding of the industry's unique client/business needs.
• Work closely with the Director of Talent Solutions, career coach, and instructors to ensure students are matched to appropriate job opportunities.
• Manage accounts to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain real-time records in CRM (Salesforce.com) and active communication with clients
• Additional tasks and projects assigned by your direct manager. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO US:

Professional Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) and at least two years of Talent Acquisition, Sales, Human Resources, or Business Development experience, with a proven track record of closing multiple deals leading to repeat clients or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience presenting to senior executives (C-Level), operational managers as well as technical and non-technical staff
• Success in leading and executing the sales process with expert sales, organizational, business, and professional skills
• Consultative selling and relationship management skills to drive results with clients
• Expert business knowledge to understand the business needs that drive clients to hire Per Scholas graduates
• A deep understanding of the IT industry’s talent/workforce needs, current staffing, and future growth trends, as well as connections within the employer landscape in the Atlanta area
• Demonstrated creativity in the development of solutions to diverse customer needs, including requirements documents, statements of work, and contracts
• Track record of excellent relationships with partners and executives
